The location: it's very far from any city activities, no place to have a dinner in 10-minutes walk - it's just a quiet end of city, nothing to do there out of the hotel.
The apartments (we had 2-bedrooms apartment). It's very, very uncomfortable for any people number: huge toilet, but tiny bathroom with terribly wrong door placing, no any ventilation in the apartment except of toilets, even extractor fan don't have external output. TV channels in low quality with huge interference. Apartment entrance door has gaps with floor, so we've heard any neighbours came on the floor (good that it was low season).
Most of apartment's lightbulbs didn't work when we've checked in, pan was broken, batteries from DVD remote and even the phone were missing. But I should notice that all of that were fixed same day by the staff.
Ski shuttle working only 8:15-10:15 to gondola and 15:15-17:15 to hotel. No chance for half-day skiing without taxi or own car.
Due to lack of guests bar was closed about 22:00.
Poor outdoor children playground - that's not for real using (but there're some good playgrounds near the hotel).
No any indoor playgrounds for bad weather, so kids just stay home or in a spa.
Quite a big territory unlike most of Bansko hotels.
Located near the park, so there's a place to play for a kids, but only with good weather. For us it was very rainy all the day.
Very friendly staff.
Quite good SPA, nothing exceptional.
