La proximite de la plage et des lieux de distraction Personnel d'accueil d'une indifference totale qui frole parfois l'irrespect.La femme de menage s'accorde meme le droit d'entrer dans votre chambre à 9h le matin alors que vous dormez encore....Elle pourrait penser que dans un lieu festif,les hotes dorment encore à 9h apres un couché tardif.Proprete des chambre tres limite,le menage est fait en 5 minutes.Mobilier en dessous de celui d'un hotel low cost,moquette usée jusqu'a la corde....bref,le prix est bas mais on comprend pourquoi. |

Vue magnifique vers la mer et l'ensemble des hôtels. La piscine est petite, mais bon, la plage est juste à coté. |

Good location - close to the beach; very quiet; size and space of room No double bed; bar was closed before 10pm; no ice for drinks at the bar; staff were not particularly friendly on occasions. |

Good location just off beach. Basic but good value, stayed for only 2 nights as part of a tour. Dont think I could stay for a week or two though. Good beach view, hotel is side on so I guess every room has a view. Only had breakfast and that was typical continental fare. Was given a larger room than most so had loads of space and big balcony. End of season so was fairly quiet about, there is a Russian! Disco outside so that may get noisy late at night. Rooms high up are best, we were on 9. Golden sands is a nice place, a bit tacky but far better than sunny beach's chavness. Being very picky but no wireless internet in room although there is in reception. As already mentioned the rooms are basic but for 60lev a night and a beach across the road you cant complain. |

I loved the room. We lived in 61a which is a sort of double room, larger than the others on the level. I had to mention twice that the cleaning lady shall come back. We had a problem with the pipes in the bathroom, which was fixed by my husband the next day after we announced the problem to the reception. I believe the reaction of the staff is a bit slower than normal, otherwise they re ok. |

I like the fact that every room has see view. The hotel is very close to the beach, which makes it very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The parking space is extremely small. We didn't have a parking space even if we asked for one when we made the reservation. The dinner was very poor. The room had an occur smell. The elevators are very small and always crowded. |

It's a nice hotel with e great view, good accomodations, very close to the beach. Overall a good hotel. i recomand if u have a car u should get a map of the golden sands and pray for an empty parking space. |

the rooms were smelly. don't know why. the staff were not that friendly and did not understand english (reception included). during the day, the paths to the rooms did not have any light and you could bearly see the way to your room. why i picked this hotel although bad reviews: was the only one (3 or 4 stars) accepting pets. |

The hotel was very close to the beach and pretty much in the middle of the resort. We didn't encounter any problems whatsoever. We had a very nice room as well with sea view. All in all we enjoyed our stay. There was a strange smell probably from a not so good drainage. A bigger parking lot if possible, I had to park the car in a very strange place under the hotel balconies (didn't look so safe so i moved it as soon as a space got emptied). Maybe change the menu a little bit because there was same food each morning. |

The view from the 13th floor was absolutely breathtaking. We woke up with a view of the sea every morning. The room was nice and clean. Friendly hotel staff. The food was very bad and cheap, the pool too small. The parking was small too, but if you reserve a place in advance, there is no problem. |

Hotel room was clean, excellent sea view, room was adequately furnished and maintained. Hotel was very close to the beach and the services were good. The position of the hotel in the resort was good, with good access to a lot of points of interest. The parking space for the hotel guests was under-sized, even though you can find parking on the premises with a bit of good will. |

This hotel is best value for your money. The rooms are not so comfortable, but Bonita hotel is very close to the beach and to center.Would recomend to anyone. like in most hotels in Bulgaria, wireless internet is available only in loby |

The position. The hotel is right beside the beach and the view on the window is awsome. The plumbing system smell in the bathroom and the food served on breakfast (very cheap and low quality). |

Second time i stayed in this hotel. All is perfect. Some stupid girl at the reception didn't want to check the Half-Board option on our hotel passport dispite our repetatly requests and this generates some discussion with the hotels restaurant staff. |
