Clean rooms.Central location. I arranged a late check-in. The staff kindly arranged to leave the key with the complex security guard.When I arrived the guard did not know and it took some time to find the envelope in his office. Thankfully the PMS representative had supplied his phone number and was very helpful in resolving the problem late on a Friday night. |

The staff at the office /when we finally found it/ was very helpful and very fast gave us a studio at the same hotel their office was. First of all PMS Borovets Apartments is a property management company which is accomodating people at various locations around the resort. This really needs to be specified into the booking as well as the location of the office of the company. |

the apartment was fab and everything the website said it would be. I also like the option of being able to book the ski hire and transport to and from resort once the room was booked this was very convenient |

Wij vonden pms borovets een prima apartment. Keurig schoon goede voorziening van handdoeken en niet te vergeten lekker dicht bij de pistes en winkeltjes voor de kleine dagelijkse boodschapjes.Ook fijn dat er een broodrooster en waterkoker was. |
