Its close to the ski slope (5min walking). The spa is new and nice. The bedroom is confortable. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the hotel. Most of the staff (including the waiting staff) don't speak english. Breakfast is very very poor. The receptionist wasn't helpful. No internet conections on the rooms (just on the lobby). Poor services. I was expecting much more for a 5 star hotel.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The surroundings were plush and very comfortable with good sized bedrooms. Some rooms in the spa were out of action. It was difficult to understand the final bill as it was in Bulgarian.

Месторасположение в 5 км от центра Боровца. Сначала расстроились от этого, а потом оценили преимущество такой отдаленности - это тишина и отсутствие англичан. Номера удобные, но не такие большие (мы жили в двухкомнатном люксе с камином), как было заявлено в описании. Хорошо оборудованная спа-зона с большим теплым бассейном. Тренажерный зал тоже отличный - все оборудование новое. Дружелюбно настроенный персонал, который всегда реагировал на обращения.Особо хотелось бы поблагодарить менеджера с рецепции Катерину, она всегда нам очень помогала. Тапочки и халаты меняли несколько раз за неделю. Очень удобная кровать с пуховыми одеялами. В отеле отсутствует сервис по аренде автомобиля, а учитывая его некоторую отдаленность от центра, автомобиль необходим. Удивило что в ресторане на завтраках нет чайных ложек, вместо них гостям предлагают пластиковые палочки-мешалки! Считаю, что для пятизвездочного отеля это недопустимо! Вообще первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь! В спа-зоне постоянно чего-то не хватает: то полотенца закончились, то чай, то стаканы. Думаю, что сервис и снабжение в отеле нуждаются в улучшении. Но это, конечно, хоть и неприятные, но все же мелочи, в целом впечатления об отеле остались хорошие)))

“This is a very fine 4 star hotel, with modern, simple design. It is fresh and clean with very large rooms. The restaurant serves descent food compared with the craps that are served in Borovets.
