The room was clean and very nice. Comfort bed. The internet speeds was very good. I had a problem with my credit card, although the Bank said to me there was no problem i couldn't pay by credit card which was a problem to me at the time.

Dit is een vrij nieuw hotel en de kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Als je wil kan je goed eten in het restaurant maar ook in het stadje zijn voldoende restaurants te vinden. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels, Turks en natuurlijk Bulgaars. Een aanrader om enkele dagen te verblijven! Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen, maar dit is in heel Bulgarije bijna het geval!

türk yemekleri olması,masaj olması,temiz olması türk olarak türk çayı yapmıyorlar.çay yapmak çok uzun zaman alır yapamayız diyorlar..yemekte tatlı istedim çok yoğunluk var yapamayacağız dediler..bu nasıl bir zihniyettir anlamadım.müşteri memnuniyetine hiç önem vermiyorlar...kahvaltı tek kelime ile berbat.hep aynı şeyler ve bayat
