Good sea view; peaceful zone; We stood there 4 nights in 2 rooms, bad timing, but it didn't happened only to us...another couple that came in the same day as we arrived had the same problem and it seemed that it was the second time that they came there and the second time to happen this rooms "issue"; So we spent our first night in a room without sea view, tv antena, remote control for the tv or a window that opened...and also the room was just next to the laundry room. practically no parking places; far from the center of Golden Sands and the beach in front of the villa full of stones. |

Very nice view of the sea. The hotel is good just for family with very young children because you have 2 small swimming pool and isn't necessary go to the hotel's beach (many rocks in the water you can broke your legs). Daca aveti alternative, alegeti alt hotel din Golden Sands! Very poor breakfast. Sauna is not free of charge. No internet in the rooms, just in the lobby. The hotel is far from the center of Golden Sands (15 min. by foot on the semi-dark streets). Because of the free entry policy to the hotel's beach for anybody from the village (not just for the guests hotel), you have to run at 8 a.m. to the beach to keep an umbrella or lounge chair... |

Personalul competent si atent la relatia cu clientii, curatenia mentinuta in intreg hotelul, amenajarile exterioare (piscina, sezlonguri, etc) la dispozitia oaspetilor. vederea foarte frumoasa |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de cet hôtel.(Rien à voir avec les gros complexes bruyants voisins). Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité.Superbe vue mer par la baie vitrée. Personnel de jour pas toujours très aimable .Piscine minuscule et une seule en service.Le balcon latéral donne sur un chantier. |

excelent management , amplasare deosebita, servicii prompte si de calitate, respect fata de clienti, personal amabil, liniste, curatenie, civilizat. diversificarea produselor oferite in breakfast precum si marirea calitatii acestora, extinderea spatiului de parcare pentru automobile cu cateva locuri, extinderea retelei WI-FI in toate camerele hotelului (in prezent raza este limitata la lobby si cateva camere de la etajele 1 si 2) |
