Immer wieder gern! Mein Lieblingshotel in Plovdiv

Das Frühstück ist o.k., aber eben nicht umwerfend... dafür kann man ums Eck lecker bulgarisch frühstücken (Banitza and co.)

1. Good location (close to old town and close to main pedestrian street); 2. Free WI FI; 3. Free parking in front of the hotel (but not sure that parking lots available for all rooms).

1. Drainage from bath need to be improved, because taking a shower, I realized that I am staying on a huge slop; 2. Breakfast very basic but OK (bread, cheese, ham, butter, fruit, cake, tea, coffee)

Very central location. Good large apartment.

Rather megre supply of crockery and cutlery.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, just a step away from all the attractions. Spacious one bedroom apartment with all the necessities, AC, very nicely renovated and decorated. Everything was prepared according to our request. Excellent value for the money and very convenient for families.

The location and the price

The residence lack of elevator. Poor breakfeast. Poor condition of the bathroom.

Kitchen needs to be better equipped. Breakfast is brought up to appartment evening before. Would be better to have better kitchen facilities in order to be able to use kitchen.

The apartment had a huge living room and a big rear balcony. Close to the old town and the pedestrian center.

The bed was a bit too small for two people and there was no air conditioning in the room, only in the living room. The breakfast was very poor though we appreciated that they made a vegetarian option for us. The location is tricky but once you figured out where the main street is it becomes easy.

After reading previous reviews the accommodations were as we expected. The facilities were clean and in very good condition. Everything was in working order. Items in the refrigerator were reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful in answering questions about nearby facilities. The location allowed us convenient access to nearby sites of the old city. Overall I would recommend and use Bright House again on a return visit.

We were prepared for the simple breakfast. It was a little disappointing but we knew what to expect. Some seasonal fruit would have been a nice addition to the breakfast.

Great location, close to the pedestrian area at the center of Plovdiv. Clean, well-maintained apartments, helpful staff.

Availability of the staff around the clock (nice when you arrive at night). Clean, modern and comfortable (we felt like at home). Kitchen with microwave (easy for baby bottles prep.). Easy parking since you can park your car in front of the office (safe parking). Nice location beside the centeer of the city and beside the old town. I recommend this place !

Clean, pleasant, quiet hotel in the center of Plovdiv. High level of service and customer satisfaction. As a young couple, we felt great in this hotel and we will for sure book an apartment there next time.

The breakfast could be richer ;-) But poor breakfasts are typical for almost all Bulgarian hotels.

Hotel is with excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just in the city center and is close to shops, restaurants, super market etc. Mentioning the last in case you have a longer stay and are bored from restaurant food, the bright house flat came with some pots, cutlery, plates etc, so we were able to prepare a meal one time.. What other people say ab.breakfast being served in the night before is true, however no big deal, its covered with plastic wrap and is fine on the next day. Indeed it consists of 2 slices of ham, cheese, boiled egg and some olives+a small cake, but we found it enough and for the price paid we cannot expect more I guess. However the people were kind and offered if we are bored from this breakfast to offer us other(E.G. Croissants). The shower as mentioned by other people has no separation and the water goes all over the bathroom floor, but there is that rubber"mop"? And is very quick to just push the water down the drain after the shower and use the floor towel provided by the hotel. No major inconvenience however. We arrived around x mas and the flat had some decoration as well, which made our stay a bit cozier.
