広々としていて、清潔で快適でした。ドライヤーもありました。スタッフも親切です。 朝食つきとは言えないと思います。冷蔵庫の中の真空パックサンドイッチやお菓子のクロワッサンなら、なくて- もよいです。 |

The hotel is very comfortable. The apartments are well-equipped and have a kitchenette. The property is situated very close to the city center and main shopping street. The cleanliness is superb and staff is very helpful. |

Cleanliness, easy access to the city attractions, shopping area and restaurants.The room were nicely furbished - maybe the bathroom could use a bit of improvement but the lack of space can be a problem. Over all really worth the money for short or long stay. Not so easy to find due to lack of indicators and the abundance of small one way streets and the construction sites on many of them. The street is also dark at night. |

The hotel is conveniently situated a short walk from the old town and tsentralen square, always very clean with very helpful staff, who sorted out any of our needs despite our lack of Bulgarian |

This is a very nice apartment and the room is very spacious and extremely clean. It is very comfort and the location is good. Everything is new. It is only 5 minutes to the center and 10 min. to the old town by walking. I felt very extremely comfort at there. It is worthy to stay there. |

The hotel offered a friendly service and atmosphere. The rooms a comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. The hotel is close to a beach but also has a good sized swimming pool and launch area. It is family friendly. The hotel has rooms facing the seaside and those facing the main road. The latter can be rather noisy and make it less relaxing to sit on the good sized balcony to chill out. |

We liked the excellent price, the clean and spacious rooms equiped with high quality furniture and a big lcd tv set. We did not appreciate the lack of an elevator and the small bathroom. |

I would not hesitate to recommend Bright House to other travellers visiting Plovdiv. The apartment has a very central location, and is modern and well-equipped. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, and my appartment was always spotlessly clean. |

The care and attention to the service and clenliness of the room. The maids did a fantastic job. The bathroom was quite small. Service at the check in desk was next door - they were good but lacked in giving all the information about check out, maid service, when payment was required etc. |

the whole appartment was spotlessly clean throughout! excellent heating. Very central, close to the central square (3mins by taxi) and the old city. the kitchen was not fully equipped. no microwave, no oven. Not a big complaint as we stayed there for 2 days but this could be an issue for longer stays. |
