The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke english very well.The room was very comfortable and relaxing. Although the location was close to the centre, the street was very dark after 18:00.I wouldn’t leave my car out of the hotel parking at night. |

Dedicated staff, Polish tv channel, fast internet both cable and wifi. Street noise from 3am, especially trams but also trucks, cars... |

I liked the friendly servise and the excellant food and they were very helpfull and the hotel being new was just great I thought that the restaurant could have been better utilised in the evening with maybe special offer meals in the local press etc |

Good hotel, at 2 km of city center. Not too far from the train station. Room and bathroom are clean, good service seems "in the middle of nowhere", but not finally at 10 min of city center |

very stylishly furnished & spotlessly clean. Staff spoke English & were extremely pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was of very high standard. Would stay again if we revisited Sofia |

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful, rooms very clean, comfortable and well furnished, breakfast excellent, dinner in the restaurant was also excellent and very reasonably priced. The position of the hotel makes it ideal for access to the bus station - within walking distance - and the regular tram service which passes the hotel will take you to the town centre. An excellent hotel which I would recommend to anyone visiting Sofia. |

Very clean and new. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful, recommended a good restaurant in the area. Breakfast is excellent! |

Great hotel, clean and new facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful - we asked about finding a music shop as we wanted to look at guitars, the receptionist had a look on the internet but couldnt find anything, shortly after we had a note through our door with the addresses of some music shops. Close enough to city centre to walk but far enough away not to be noisy. I was picked up from the airport on arrival despite my flight being late. |

It is very expensive. The location is very far away from the center. I stay only becasue I need to ride the bus the next morning. |

The rooms are nice and clean, interestingly decorated. The staff was great: carried our luggage, brought a bucket of ice at 1 PM when we requested only a couple of cubes, really helpful in general. The neighbourhood doesn't look too nice, but it's close to the center, quiet and safe. Breakfast: they don't replenish too often the food. |

Excellent staff. Really service minded, nice, polite and helpful. Room was really nice too, and up to some 4 star hotel standards. Breakfast lacked diversity and the area was a bit too cramped. |

New hotel, so everything is clean and looking good. Staff is friendly and speaks correct English. Breakfast choice is medium, but what is available is plentiful and tastes good. Dry breakfast packets are available for guests departing very early. Wake up call was on time. Taxi was arranged timely. Bathrooms were very clean. Minor glitches in plumbing. Very bright blue led in room tv set - very disturbing at night but pulling the power plug fixes this annoyance easily. Spent two nights at this hotel one week apart. One room was perfect, the other had perceptible unpleasant smell in the air. Both were non-smoking, so possibly some previous guest did not respect this rule... Not a hotel's fault, though. |

Excellent service, new hotel, big room, nice breakfast, nice bathroom, close to the city. I drink a lot of American coffee (filtered) so the lack of coffee making machine in the room (included in the deluxe room description to which I booked) was an issue for me. Reasonable effort was undertaken by the hotel personnel in bringing me a water boiler machine but with the wrong type of coffee. Eventually after 1 day we managed to get the right coffee of an unknown type and form but at least it was possible to dissolve in boiled water. Finding a way to produce American coffee in the room ended up being a whole project. |

The food in the resturant was excellent Yes plenty , I booked a deluxe room which does not exist - there are no king sizes beds in any room in the hotel,there are no tea and coffee making facilities, there were no bathrobes or slippers and no transfers to the airport. The front desk staff with out exception were the most unhelpful, unpleasant staff #I have met in 25 years of travelling. The rest of the staff were excellent |

It’s a new hotel with a nice and net staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Not far from the city center. Only the surround area from the hotel was a bit under the base (a bit slum). |
