Kendi aracıyla gelecek müşteri için parking sıkıntısı var, mutlaka düzenlenmeli. Hotelin bahtsızlığı tren yoluna çok yakın yerde bulunmazı ve her 15 dakikada bir tren geçiyor olması ve yarattığı gürültü ve sarsıntı.

Good hotel, at 2 km of city center. Not too far from the train station. Room and bathroom are clean, good service

Great hotel, clean and new facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful - we asked about finding a music shop as we wanted to look at guitars, the receptionist had a look on the internet but couldnt find anything, shortly after we had a note through our door with the addresses of some music shops. Close enough to city centre to walk but far enough away not to be noisy. I was picked up from the airport on arrival despite my flight being late.

The rooms are nice and clean, interestingly decorated. The staff was great: carried our luggage, brought a bucket of ice at 1 PM when we requested only a couple of cubes, really helpful in general. The neighbourhood doesn't look too nice, but it's close to the center, quiet and safe.

Breakfast: they don't replenish too often the food.

Excellent service, new hotel, big room, nice breakfast, nice bathroom, close to the city.

I drink a lot of American coffee (filtered) so the lack of coffee making machine in the room (included in the deluxe room description to which I booked) was an issue for me. Reasonable effort was undertaken by the hotel personnel in bringing me a water boiler machine but with the wrong type of coffee. Eventually after 1 day we managed to get the right coffee of an unknown type and form but at least it was possible to dissolve in boiled water. Finding a way to produce American coffee in the room ended up being a whole project.

It’s a new hotel with a nice and net staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Not far from the city center. Only the surround area from the hotel was a bit under the base (a bit slum).
