Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a nice peaceful street no traffic noise at nightime and it's pretty central within walking distance to most places which avoided having to use the rip off taxis. |

The staff was very friendly. The so called A/C unit was filling the room with outside temperature air (36C). The water in the shower was kind of brownish in color. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport pickup and delivery were excellent. The hotel location is very good. 24 hour desk. Just nice people!! The hotel was a good value. The room was a bit cold and the shower curtain a bit short (water on the floor). I recommend that you don't take them up on the dinner recommendation that is named after a cheese. |

Fora do centro mas perto de tudo e da pra ir pra todos os lugares a pe. Hotel bem simples, mas com otimo custo/beneficio. Quartos e banheiros muito limpos e funcionarios muito atenciosos e prestativos. Local silencioso. Ficaria la novamente. Sugiro proibir fumantes na recepçao. |

Situado relativamente cerca del centro de Sofía (se puede ir andando). La calle es que se encuentra es muy oscura de noche y la habitación es muy ruidosa y pequeña. El desayuno incluido en el precio, muy malo. |
