Centrico, correcto, trato y atencion agradable por parte del personal

La habitacion pequena, cabian muy justas las dos camas. Un poco pretenciosa la etiqueta de boutique hotel.

Las Habitaciones bastante pequeña y el precio bastante elevado para lo que es en sí el hotel (117 levas por noche, habitación de unos 6 metros cuatrados +- con 2 camas doble ) . El desayuno se hacía en el holl del hotel.

Breakfast, original. Interior decoration (wall papers...). Staff, very friendly.

Furniture, quite old-fashioned. Location, a little out of the core center of Sofia. A wrong advise from the receptionist (we asked for a cool place to have a drink, he told us there were none but indicated us a restaurant and we found out the day after there was nearby a very nice cocktail bar)

nice position in a nice and more authentic area of Sofia closed to all amenities, friendly staff, good room

we were given a smokers room, it was not particularly smelly though

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Our room was at the back of the hotel (3 rooms ending in "01") and overlooked an overgrown garden. The hotel is central and close to the main sights.

Breakfast was very disappointing and consisted of either tea or coffee with a sandwich and an industrial and tasteless pastry full of preservatives and all sorts of E numbers. When I asked receptionist if it would be possible to have freshly baked pastries (there is a bakery next door), I was arrogantly told that their breakfast is no different to all breakfasts served in similar hotels around the world. This is certainly not my experience of having stayed in many hotels. Their breakfast was the dullest I had ever been offered. Smoking was a bigger issue: despite the "no-smoking" signs, the cleaner and the night receptionist would smoke in the breakfast room / bar and reception (inluding when people were having breakfast). Plain disgusting

Location is excellent. Wireless internet available for free. Rooms are small but convenient and clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well set with enough facilities. WiFi was for free. Location is central but foreigners should be careful at night - we had no problems but not sure it is 100% safe.

breakfast was practically non-existent but there are enough bakeries in the neighbourhoud so not a big deal. Although my overall impression of the hotel is very positive I would still think price was too high for what it offers.

The room was nice and had a little balcony

The breakfast was taken at a coffee table and not at a proper breakfast table. The staff were not especially helpful but very keen on being paid as soon as I arrived!

Close to city center. Clean and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a nice peaceful street no traffic noise at nightime and it's pretty central within walking distance to most places which avoided having to use the rip off taxis.

Bonne situation et personnel très sympathique.

La chambre (n 102) était vraiment minuscule pour deux personnes, deux lits séparés, se faisant face, dont un juste en dessous de la télé (qui aurait pu tomber?). La salle de bain était scandaleuse pour une nuit à 54 euros: pas de douche à proprement parler, un trou d'avacuation sur le sol au milieu de la pièce, un rideau dont la propreté laissait à désirer. Le tuyeau de douche s'est détaché du pommeau dès la première douche(il n'était fixé qu'avec une pièce...). Des fils éléctriques pendaient et rendait cette pièce limite dangereuse, le tuyeau de douche étant très près de ces fils et la salle entièrement inondée (de l'eau presque jusqu'aux chevilles après chaque douche). Bref, une chambre inacceptable, surtout pour ce prix.
