Çalışanlar çok yardımsever, her türlü sorununuza anında çözüm buluyorlar, bulmaya çalışıyorlar. Odalar güzel, yeri fena değil (çok merkezi değil ama yürüyerek pek çok tarihi yere gidebilirsiniz), önünden tramway hattı geçiyor, ulaşım kolay. Kahvaltı sadece sandiçiten ibaret, iyileştirilmesi gerek. Odalardaki klima pek randımanlı çalışmıyor. Çok sıcak havalarda problemli olabilir. Önünden tramvay geçtiği için gürültülü olabiliyor. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well set with enough facilities. WiFi was for free. Location is central but foreigners should be careful at night - we had no problems but not sure it is 100% safe. breakfast was practically non-existent but there are enough bakeries in the neighbourhoud so not a big deal. Although my overall impression of the hotel is very positive I would still think price was too high for what it offers. |

The room was nice and had a little balcony The breakfast was taken at a coffee table and not at a proper breakfast table. The staff were not especially helpful but very keen on being paid as soon as I arrived! |

The hotel was ideal for my requirements. Very friendly and helpful staff. My room at the back was quiet and comfortable. Free internet a bonus. Excellent value. The sandwich might have tasted a bit better if toasted. Just the breakfast though the coffee was v good. The breakfast quite wierd, same rather tasteless cheese and ham sandwich every day and chocolate cake. |

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a nice peaceful street no traffic noise at nightime and it's pretty central within walking distance to most places which avoided having to use the rip off taxis. |

The staff was very friendly. The so called A/C unit was filling the room with outside temperature air (36C). The water in the shower was kind of brownish in color. |

Zentrale Lage, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon, freundliche Mitarbeiter Das angekündigte Frühstück bestand aus eingeschweißten Sandwiches und einem Keks. Im Bad tropfende Wasserhähne und kaputter Duschkopf - auch nach unseren hinweisen wurde nichts geändert. |

tranquilo Las Habitaciones bastante pequeña y el precio bastante elevado para lo que es en sí el hotel (117 levas por noche, habitación de unos 6 metros cuatrados +- con 2 camas doble ) . El desayuno se hacía en el holl del hotel. |

Ich war jetzt zweimal dort. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Zentrum und Shopping Mall (zu Fuss erreichbar). Naja, die Reinigung, wie so oft und überall, könnte besser sein. Ich musste noch den Badmantel über das Kissen legen (riecht von Haarfett). |
