THE SUITE WAS LIKE AN APARTMENT AND SO SPACIOUS WITH ALL YOU NEEDED INCLUDING GREAT VIEWS OF THE CITY BURGAS. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BEATS THE HILTON METROPOLE BRIGHTON HANDS DOWN.
THERE WAS NOTHING TO DISLIKE
Location couldn't be better, right on the pedestrian area, with easy access to the sea gardens and shops, cafes' etc. Included breakfast, buffet style. Rooms comfortable, and with excellent views across the city. Parking is available at a cost of 15lv per night, not bad for central parking, although spaces limited.
Building dates back to 60's or 70's, so the facade looks very dated. Reception area not very inviting, with its very dark furniture.
The fact it advertised a bath and toiletries
The bath was too small, there was a soap dispenser that didn't work, even though we asked for someone to look at it, we were just sent a cleaner to fill it up but it wouldn't dispense the soap. When I ran a bath the water came out muddy brown and when I complained I was told to let it run for 10 minutes to see if it clears. So the only toiletries we had for use was a small bar of soap. The size of the bath should be advertised in advance. Finally the bar prices were way over the top 300% more than a bar outside.
The location, the breakfast and the cleaning
Needs some renovation, espatially the bathrooms
The lobby is ugly an needs renovation. I was charged more than the standard price for the room.
Comfortable rooms and bed. Good location. facilities are exellent.Quite and luxury.
They charcing wi-fi hourly.Charging Parkig lot, Espresso extra charcing at the breakfast.
very good location in the city center
all facilities were closed, price too high in relation to the quality, not very clean
It was an enjoyable stay in the "Bulgaria hotel"-Burgas.Staff was friendly and efficient. We were lucky with the weather-a lot of sunshine, quiet room with panoramic views, good location for shopping, entertainment
Breakfast was good, but I expected more choice of seasonal food
Reception staff were friendly and helpful Location was very good close to all what we need as a family
Restaurant staff not friendly. Never smile. Food quality is not good Facilities are old and s in some areas smelly.
I am a disabled lady with a disabled daughter and the last stay was her birthday, she especially wanted king prawns in garlic butter I telephoned the restaurant at very short notice 3 hours in fact and was delighted that the lady in charge agreed to do this for me there was no-one else in the restaurant and my daughter was very impressed with the meal and service so I would like to say a very big thank you mrs butt
Location, facilities, food
Perfect location- central and busy but quiet for sleep Friendly and polite staff Good breakfast
pool closed forrefurbishment wifi very variable Wish I had known to ask for higher floor for views
The location is in the dead center of the city, very convenient to everything. High floor apartment was nice, spacious, furnishings were sufficient if a bit worn. 1.5 baths. Nice view. Decent free breakfast. Overall comfortable stay.
Do not stay in a regular room. They are extremely small and dingy looking. For about 30 euro/night more you can get an appt and was totally worth it. Furnishings looked a bit dated. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Our appt had a cheap looking jacuzzi tub that leaked - would be better if they took it out and just had a shower stall instead.
- The central location
- The parking was appart from the hotel, which is surprising: it was right in front. - The breakfast was really weak : no fresh meals, lack of fruits. - The elevators were very old and not reliable at all (I was stuck Inside at an intermediary level for 5 minutes...)
dirty carpets, dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom, poor w-lan, pretty unfriendly and disinterested staff.
staff attitude, the breakfast was bad
you have to pay for parking your car
I booked a junior suite which was very cosy and spacious. The location is perfect in the heart of the city centre. The staff very helpful.
There wasn't much atmosphere in the lobby it needs to be softened a bit.
The staff are very helpful and friendly
No hair shampoo or conditioner not even slippers
very central to everything
Breakfast wifi facilities
very comfortable room.helpful staff.stayed just for one night.excellent location
the rooms are very old, with cucarachas inside, and the price ist too high for this services
Breakfast was good. Bathroom was well equipped. Panoramic view was fantastic.
Furniture in the room and the interiors of the room were clearly that of three star hotel, were had no sense, that we are in the four star hotel.
