Efficient, though rather expensive, transfer from airport. Good, central location; convenient for the less expensive local restaurants / bars, but not far from the city centre. The apartment was clean and spacious. 1. In spite of knowing we were to pay in cash ( a considerable sum in Euros), the check-in staff did not seem prepared to give a properly prepared receipt; a short hand-written receipt had to suffice. 2. Lack of any safe. 3. Lack of any contact, such as a courtesy call, from staff over the 5 days' stay, after check-in / payment. |

The location was excellent, close to all amenities. I found the apartment to have all the necessary facilities needed for a couple or a family. The apartment was also very spacious, clean and modern. The entrance was a little terrible and the lift was frightening. The bathroom towels could have been replaced every couple of days and basic coffee and sugar could have been available (even at a price). |

the living room with kitchenette is perfect and the view spectacular! should be more clean and not full of foreign hair to the bathroom and dust everywhere. Layers of beds should be changed ASAP |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was a real gem. Very comfortable, well designed, good sized rooms,whole family were impressed. Central but quiet location. Will be staying again. Don't be put off by the entrance!!!! |

Excellent new apartment (remodeled apartment in an old 1920's building) in a central part of town opposite the park and city's cultural area. All new appliances and furniture; internet excellent. Inner courtyard view and quiet back apartment. Food shopping not close and car had to be parked (to be safe) in an underground parking area 15+ min away. Price high relative to other costs in the country, but services also high and not out of line with other countries. |

Very conveniently located. I was attending a conference in the nearby Palace of Culture and my room was only 3 minutes walk away. The facilities in the apartment, air-conditioning, the well-equipped kitchen, cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, DVD player, TV, washing machine, WC, nice shower room and free internet access were all excellent. I would certainly stay here again. Several shops and cafes are only two minutes walk away. The office from which the apartments are administered is within a short walk of the apartments and the staff there speak English and are friendly and helpful. I was very happy to use the stairs but anyone who isn't so able to use stairs should be aware that there is no lift, or elevator. However using just one or two flights of stairs should not worry the majority of guests. |

The apartment was clean, a lot of space, trendy decorated, nearby the Vitosha Boulevard and at walking distance of the sights. The transfer from the airport to the apartment was excellent. Four stairs without an elevator. Very simple : missing of toiletpaper, after travelling for seven hours the first thing after arriving in the apartment we had to do was going to look for a shop for toiletpaper. |

nabijheid winkels en korte afstand tot stadscentrum zijn zeer positief, alles vrijwel op loopafstand. appartement zelf mag als modern doorgaan met meer dan genoeg faciliteiten uitgerust.Ook mensen zelf uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. laat je inderdaad niet afschrikken door de (zij-) entree, wat ik eigenlijk wel fijn vond! |

Huoneisto sijaitsi kävelymatkan päässä kaikista nähtävyyksistä, mutta oli silti hyvin hiljainen. Henkilökunta (Essi) hoiti vastaanoton hyvin ja varmisti, että kaikki oli kunnossa. Sängyissä tulisi olla petauspatjat. |
