Big advantage: situated in the city center, directly in tthe walking streets of Plovdiv and close to teh old town. Air conditioner. Small room. Not a bathroom with real shower but a "salle d'eau". Expensive in comparison with the comfort and benchmark. I think the high price is mainly due to the location of the hotel. |

I liked the location of the hotel, directly on the main shopping street Even if the hotel is presented us a modern one, the furniture, the carpets, everything is quite old and used. There is a smell of dust and not fresh air in teh hotel, i think because of the used dusty carpets. and than, during my stay, at around 1 a.m. the alarm started to bell on the coridor, without knowing what was going on. To the morning, the same story. And no explanation from the stuff! |

Excellent location. Staff was really helpful. Room was very standard. Bathrooms weren't that nice (specially the showers). Breakfast was very cheap but ok |

Large, well decorated, comfortable room room, with great view of Roman amphitheater. I was on the quiet side in a deluxe single. Staff was helpful.. Bathroom could use an update. The breakfast was basic. |

El personal!!!! Fue lo que más me gustó, son amables, sencillos, calidos y cercanos. En lo personal valoro el que la recepcionista además del Inglés hable con fluidez el Espanol, algo que no esperaba y que me hizo sentir como en casa. A Boris y a Daniela muchas gracias!!!! No me gusta que las habitaciones huelan a tabaco, y que la sala de bano no considere una banera. Pero estuve en una habitación single en oferta, por lo que no puedo opinar del Hotel en su conjunto, que es más grande de lo que yo pude conocer. |
