The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The hotel is well located in the centre of Bourgas, close to the main shopping and restaurant streets and also close to the train and bus stations Personally I would have prefered a bar in the hotel instead of a casino |

De ideale locatie om dingen te doen in het centrum van Burgas Het hotel loopt gedurende de opening wel wat achteruit en sommige employees spreken nog steeds nauwelijks ofgeen Engels |

la tranquillità gli aspetti negativi sono: non esiste il parcheggio privato dell'Hotel, bensì un parcheggio pubblico, dove è difficile trovare il posto per l'auto. Hanno richiesto il pagamento del soggiorno prima della fine dello stesso. |

molto vicino al centro; comfort nei servizi al nostro arrivo, nonostante fossimo un gruppo di 13 persone e relativi bagagli, non ci hanno fatto parcheggiare davanti all'hotel ( c'era posto) ma a 300 metri di distanza e non è stato piacevole.. |

Personalet talte engelsk. Bruseinstallationen i badeværelset bør udbedres. Det var ikke en plusdseligt opstået skade. Ikke særligt praktisk, set fra et brugersynspunkt, at placere betjeningen af airconditionsystemet i gulvhøjde! Parkeringsforholdene er elendige. En tydeligere markering af at det er et hotel ville være en god idé. jeg gik rundt om bygningen flere gange for at finde indgangen. CASINO skiltningen er meget dominerende. |

Das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal und die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstückbuffet war nicht so vielfältig. |
