The main advantage of this hotel is the location close to center city and a lot of stores around this area.

The parking area.

The hotel is nice, well furnished and equipped. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Beds are confortable, even though they are not the best I've ever slept on. Wi-fi connection stable. There are few parking lots outside of the hotel, so it can be difficult to leave the car in front of the entrance (or close enough to it). Breakfast is good.

The bar on top of the hotel closes after breakfast, so there is no way to use this space for meetings or other activities: more than this, the conference room on the 1st floor was occupied by some kind of meeting/event so there was no chance to stay there other than to sleep. Location is good but it may take some time to find a parking lot.

The air conditioning was totally inadequate. Heaven knows what it would be like in the heat of summer! The maintenance man was very unhelpful. it was very difficult to find driving round a oneway system. We had been booked in for two nights but decided we had to leave. The suite was so stuffy and hot.

The location was very good, main street is very close, The hotel rooms were clean. The park is free and safe... Breakfast is OK. My advice you should pay the hotel's fee as leva (1 leva =1.95 Euro) because In Bulgaria currency exchange is a little bit problem. So the Hotel is very good for city trip...

Nice hotel at the heart od the city. Not really 4 stars, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers many choices, most of the full of carbohydrates, but you can alays eat eggs if you want to stay away of junk and sugar. Vegetarians have fruit and vegetable choices, other choices full of sugar.

The balcony of the room was rediciously small, 2 people can stay on it, tightly sticked to each other (it is under 1m2). Our room view was next to a business building wich is too close, but in the heart of the city you can live with this (all restaurants and shops are so close).

Location good ,near train station and yug bus station(south bus station),there have bus go to Nessebar,sunny beach and sozopol,near main street,shopping and restaurant,but go to beach a little bit far.wifi good in room,room clean,breakfast ok.

The location was perfect and the room was one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. We were truly fascinated that the bathroom was placed in the middle of the livingroom with a nice overlook through the rest of the apartment.

What kind of surprised me, considering that Hotel Bourgas is supposed to be a business hotel, was that the staff didn't seem to either speak nor understand english very well, and that we therefore were pretty much left to ourselves.

Parking was free and easy. Room was comfortable, bright and clean. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. It was modern attractive hotel close to the town centre.

Restaurant was closed so we had to go out to find a meal.

El personal en general y sobre todo el del restaurante muy mal educados y antipátocos. No comiamos en el hotel por no tener que aguantar su mal trato con nosotros.

Закуската е под всякаква критика, изобщо не отговаря на категорията на хотела - стара, евтина и оскъдна храна, кафето - от дъното на самовар, кой знае от кога сварено. Няма изглед от хотела. Банята - мръсно под мивката, шумен вентилатор.

La situación inmejorable. Hotel muy nuevo y con buenas instalaciones. Desayuno completo en un agradable restaurante.

липсата на безплатен паркинг - некоректно анотиран в букинг - всъщност се касае за 4 -5 постоянно заети места до и на тротоара пред хотела

Det var meget dårlig betjening I resturanten. Der spiser man kun en gang. Vi var 9 personer maden fik vi ikke på engang det var over 2 timer Maden kunne vi ikke nyde sammen da tiden var lang imellem vi fik den. Hilsen Gurli Nielsen

Понравилось расположение отеля, современный дизайн.В люксе очень большая площадь 49 метров и оригинальная планировка.

Плохо работал кондиционер, слабые завтраки для 4 звезд, слышан шум дороги из окон.
