Centrally located. Friendly staff. Nice room with a good bathroom and a proper shower cubicle. The breakfast was suppose to be an 'Irish Breakfast'. But I doubt that it was. The large sausage was Bulgarian. And the beans were (I think) butter beans in a sauce - served cold! |

The hotel looks brand new, the staff were extremely friendly and although their English was not the best they were happy to help, free breakfast, free WiFi internet, nice room in the middle of Burgas and even a bidet in the bathroom!!! They also looked after our bags after we checked out but still wanted to walk around the city a bit before our flight. Wow, extremely pleased with this hotel, a very very good value for the money. Had to pay for room upfront (maybe they don't trust foreigners?) |

Cheap, relatively new hotel. A bit further away from the centre than I expected, the air in the room was stale, the elevator doesn't go up to the fifth floor. |

Staff agradable y muy colaborador, nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos. Céntrico, en una calle de apariencia un poco desagradable, pero sin problemas. Relación calidad precio elevada, pero debe ser lo normal en Sofía. Un tres estrellas justito. Todo correcto. |

Hotel je velice pekny novy udrzovany personal vlidny nelibila se mi poloha krasny hotel zasazeny v bloku ohyzdnych baraku na spadnuti, okoli hotelu skarede, spinave, plne psich vykalu a rozbitych chodniku.....recepcni byli ochotni ale krome anglictiny u nekterych nemciny byl problem domluvit se...rustina a jine slovanske jazyky jim bulharum paradoxne nic nerikaji |

Die Mitarbeiter, die sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sprechen konnten, waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. |

Przede wszystkim Pani Manager była fantastyczna, bo pomimo wielu gości, których miała tego wieczoru potrafiła znaleźć dla nas czas i podać nam wspaniałe wino z kolacją. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Polecam wszystkim! Za wcześnie podano danie główne (przed zjedzeniem przystawki) i woda w łazience była zimna... |
