The staff were incredibly helpful, with everything from making up the sofa bed, to parking and some small translation. The only thing is the directions on the booking.com site were wrong and it's quite tricky to find. |

The room we had (a superior) was large and comfortable. There was a jacuzzi as well. The hotel staff that greeted us upon arrival was very friendly and spoke good english. Breakfast was also quite good. The jacuzzi was not very clean, and some of the staff was not very friendly, and spoke very little english (which is often the case in Sofia). |

general contitions was good. nothing special , nothing wrong, staff generally good breakfast after 09.00. internet conection betuin 08.30-10.30 and 18.00-22.00 |

The location was ideal for where I needed to be for business meeting but it was also very close to the centre of Sofia. |

Bath At the beginning we had a small room so not the one we reserved. Room was booked for 3 nights (on internet) but at the hotel only one was registered... After one night we change room for the one we have booked and we get discount for the first night. |

hotel staff very friendly and smiling and very helpful ... as for people that complain about location of hotel it is worth mentioning that anyone can use tram no 9 to center , several station for 1 leva |

Helpful staff on our first night in Bulgaria. As we moved to other places we realised how rare this was as most Bulgarians were either miserable or rude, including those in service positions. |

Very friendly staff who is always willing to help with a smile, Nice jacuzzi, Very nice lighting options in the room, Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Although not very central, the location was close enough for me (I don't mind walking or taking a taxi for 3 Leva). The breakfast was ok but too plain for my taste, and there was a small leak whenever I drained the bath. But these things were minor compared to my overall experience which was very good. |
