very pleasent hotel, spacious room tasteful ,fairly upto date, good spa bath but no shower.nice quiet area.late checkout very long walk to the centre, but a pleasent one. way too many lights in the room. breakfast wasnt too good |

The staff were incredibly helpful, with everything from making up the sofa bed, to parking and some small translation. The only thing is the directions on the booking.com site were wrong and it's quite tricky to find. |

The room we had (a superior) was large and comfortable. There was a jacuzzi as well. The hotel staff that greeted us upon arrival was very friendly and spoke good english. Breakfast was also quite good. The jacuzzi was not very clean, and some of the staff was not very friendly, and spoke very little english (which is often the case in Sofia). |

Accueil sympa et serviable. La baignoire jacuzzi.Propre. Joli cadre du restaurant.Ascenseur. Prés de l'aéroport (10km) Sur les 3 nuits passées une sans eau chaude. Parking dans la rue. Excentré de Sofia. Pas d'indication pour trouver l'hôtel. |

Le personnel est trés serviable et parle parfaitement l'anglais. J'ai fait un réclamation au niveau d'un rideau de douche absent mais visiblement cela est resté sans suite. Pour leur defense il s'agit d'un bain à remous faisant aussi office de douche cependant le systeme de remous était en panne dommage! Le prix de la chambre a augmenté de 6 euros entre juin et septembre!!! |
