O staff é incansável e ajudou com tudo o que foi necessário. Para além disso fazem um pequeno-almoço muito bom! A decoração é muito engraçada.

A really relaxed friendly place with the personal touch. It felt safe and welcoming. And is very close to everything in the city centre and quite easy to find. The staff could not be more helpful.

Only a minor point, but there really isn't a breakfast served. It's not a problem as I don't really expect breakfast at a hostel - I'd rather make my own anyway (there was a kitchen for guest use) but they need to remove the description - "Pancakes, warm waffles and croissants are served in the morning. Breakfast also includes the traditional banitsa, a pastry made with cheese and eggs" from the website. I was served cheese and toast one morning (at the computer without asking for it, which was a nice surprise), and there is coffee, but otherwise there is no buffet breakfast.

Perfect hostel! The room was beautiful and clean, all the spaces really tidy and comfortable. The staff was so kind. Definetly advised to everyone

The staff were very helpful, honest and friendly.

I booked a double room and got a twin room. This was ok, but as it was the same price, I would have preferred the extra bed space.

Great staff. Very nice decor - that is actually why I chose the hostel in the first place and I wasn't dissapointed. Our double room was in an ex-basement and it was re-decorated very nicely. Breakfast was basic, but ok, and the coffee was very good. Also the location is nice - a bit in a back alley, with it's own small yard where you can sit and sip coffee.

I liked our double room a lot - but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with claustrophobia: it was small (although painted in light colors) and the small window beside the ceiling did not let much light in, we had to use a lamp even during the day.

great staff and they are very helpful. you can ask everything and they anwer so kindly. i had no problem. also location is so good. its so close to popular street and prices are cheap

Very easy to find; good central location. Very friendly staff, with good english spoken.

We werden met alles uitstekend geholpen en hadden een prachtige kamer. Veel informatie of konden onze eigen gang gaan. Prima hostel!

Ons matras was een beetje dun, dat was alles. Maarja, je slaapt wel in een hostel.

Eine gemütliche kleine Herberge, ruhige Seitenstrasse und im Hof gelegen = sehr ruhig! Top-Herbergseltern! Man merkt ihnen an, dass sie selbst gerne reisen, sehr informativ und hilfsbereit. Gästeküche, wo man sich auch jederzeit einen Kaffee oder Tee kochen kann. Keine festen Frühstückszeiten, die nichts für Langschläfer wären

Das von booking.com versprochene "Frühstücksbuffet" kann man nicht wirklich als solches bezeichnen. Das sollte in Ihrem Angebot korrigiert werden, man geht mit falschen Erwartungen dahin

This is the only hostel you should consider staying at while in Sofia. The location is brilliant, the beds are beautiful and handmade, and Ivo (one of the owners) is the most hospitable, warm, and relaxed people I've met during my travel. It's like coming home to a house and family you never knew you had!

Staff was extremely friendly and the bunk beds were really cool. The hostel's location was central enough that getting everywhere was easy. I even walked from the central train station.

The hostel`s located in a very cozy quarter. It`s not far from the main pedestrian zone and close to a huge number of shops and stores. There are young and friendly people work here. They are always ready to help guests.

There was a little bit cold. But only for one night. Then we got a heater.

The staff are nice and you get a breakfast every morning and there was a heater in the room. Shared bathroom was clean and well equipped. It's a good hostel just a few to many down sides for me to recomend to every one.

It's not the easiest place to find. Very easy to miss front gate (especially at night) leading to hostel behind another building. The bed was very soft and unsuportive in our room but our friends beds were a lot better, so good luck. While there four people that we talked to and myself were bitten in the night, there was an out brake of bed bugs not long ago and the exterminators have clearly not fully eradicated them. Also I feel the room was a little pricy compaired to other rooms on out trip.
