Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Rooms all have ensuite bathroom, a/c, tv. Spotlessly clean. The mattresses are actually high quality, which is not something seen often in pensions (I have a bad back, so I can tell the difference!) Delicious breakfast served in the morning, but the reception is not staffed unless people check in, so you have your privacy. They can arragange for airport pickup/dropoff for a fee, a pc with free Internet and Wi-Fi you can use in your room is very practical.Felt very safe in the pension and in the area around it as a solo female traveler who likes to get back late at night! No, recommended without hesitation. |

A huge thanks to Ludmil and Marianna for helping us get so much out of Bulgaria. They gave us a very warm welcome, insightful suggestions on where to travel, where to eat and how to get there; wonderful day trips out of Sophia with lively and interesting commentary from Ludmil; and a very friendly (and very classy) place to stay just a short stroll from central Sofia. The attention to detail in the B&B and its cleanliness are very impressive. Thanks so much to both of you for so positively shaping our Bulgarian experience. Ludlim and Marriana went way out of their way to make us feel at home, starting by picking us very early in the morning at the station. The yummy breakfast that followed with traditional banitsas was a very nice surprise. The Italian antique furnitures of the late Mr. Ferrari in the rooms and in the public space were superb, and the bathrooms and the kitchen were fully equipped with modern gears and impeccably clean. Will definitely stay again when we visit Sofia. |

A wonderful find. Lovely rooms (only 3) in quiet but convenient location, excellent breakfast. Kitchen available for guests to use. Hosts very friendly and welcoming and also gave us top tips on what to see and where to eat. |

This is a luxury bed and breakfast, filled with antiques, but at a very reasonable price. The 3-bedroom apartment is immaculate and on a quiet street, yet a short walk from the center of town. The owners were extremely friendly; they provided a delicious breakfast and recommended great restaurants and tours. We will definitely come back. |

The hotel and my room were very comfortable, clean and peaceful and quiet. This is a wonderful place to stay for anyone seeking a home away from home. The hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful - when they found out i liked bulgarian food they went out of their way to change their normal breakfast so that i could try some of the local specialities. I would recommend this hotel very strongly. |

Es war alles sehr schön, Betreuung war wirklich sehr individuell und angenehm, sehr zu emfehlen. Die Lage ist zentral in eine Seitenstraße, daher auch sehr ruhig. Ich weiß nicht wie hellhörich die Räume sind, da ich in der Wohnung alleine übernachtet habe. |

Un accueil efficace et attentionné, le calme de la chambre, la parfaite insonorisation de l'appartement, et l'ordinateur à disposition. Tout est fait avec soin et goût, et les chambres sont grandes. De plus, les hôtes parlent un très bon anglais, ce qui est très important dans la ville de Sofia où il n'est pas si facile de se débrouiller sans parler bulgare. La casa ferrari est une excellente adresse. |

Sehr, sehr nettes b & b, alles sehr gepflegt, Ludmil und Marianna sind so nett wie großzügig. Ein b & b zum richtig wohlfühlen! Der Frühstücksraum schließt unmittelbar an die Zimmer an. Wer ausschlafen will könnte sich von der Unterhaltung anderer Gäste gestört fühlen. Für mich wars ok. |
