Ludmil and his wife made me feel very much at home - from the pick-up in the airport on the first day to the update on the news each morning. I felt totally comfortable throughout my stay. My room was large and quiet - perfect to allow me to work and rest.

I had no complaints of any sort.

The location (7 min. walking from metro NDK) is excellent. The owner is very friendly and is flexible to accomodate changes in schedule when possible. The availability of a small kitchen is handy

    No con's.

Centrally located. Very clean. Quiet accommodation despite being in the centre. Unique B&B as felt more like your own flat, as the owner doesn't live on premises. Airport transfer with owner very reliable.

Could smell cats urine in communal area leading to front door.

the welcome we received was warm and welcoming. the facility is delightful and unique in it's atmosphere. it is wonderful for either elderly couples traveling in a group or alone, for families or whoever wants to experience Sofia. the owners were very forthcoming in the breakfast menue and in all else.they provided wonderful vegetarian food, which is not the rule in Bulgaria. it is located in a quite pleasant area very close to the center and all the Sofia attractions.

What a wonderful find! Ludmil was a very accommodating host, coming to meet me at the airport (and taking me back at the end), telling me about Bulgarian and Sofia history, making breakfast whenever I wanted it, giving good tips about where to go/eat, adjusting the water heater when the city pipes ran out of hot water, giving an excellent tour to Rila Monastery (actually he didn't guide on the inside, but talked a lot during the four-hour round drive), and even hanging out my laundry to dry (his wife did that, I should say!). Plus, the place is super spic-and- span (I had it all to myself for the three nights). If you want a good feel for the people of Bulgaria and not just a surface view of the sights, by all means stay here!

The entrance hallway was very dark at night (the light switch was hard to find).
