Comfortable room, great hosts. Alexandra made us very welcome. We had to catch a bis at 6.30 the day we left Rila and Alexandra was up at 5.45 with our breakfast packed of us to take on the bus.

Positive: really beautiful! Comfortable and, above all, relaxing! Rooms have a balcony on the hotel yard, facing Rila mountains. In the yard there is a nice inn, where You can have dinner and breakfast, staying sitting under a shadowy vine tree. The hotel is 500 m from bus station, where to take bus to the monastery.

Negative: the householder speaks Bulgarian, but she's really expansive and doesn't need anything else to speak with You!

Confortable, spatious and clean rooms.

Guests speak only bulgarian and russian. The breakfast was deceivant (pancakes and yoghurt).

Staff/owner was very friendly, the lady speaks several languages as well. Large enough rooms, which are wery clean. Furniture is nice and massive. You can eat also in the nice court, which is small but has a good atmosphere. Meals are traditional Bulgarian and are served the same way. We liked it very well. Very good price/value ratio.

Alexandra and Georgie are really adorable people. We feld like visiting family... But, they only speak Bulgarian. Because I'm learning the language, that was not a big problem. For people that do not understand and speak an little bit Bulgarian, the contact will be less easy I think. But for us: suuuuuuuuuuuper. We are definetly going back!!!

Very modern and cosy hotel building, well-equipped ropms with great panoramas from the balcony, close to Rila town centre and only 20 km away by car from Rila monastery

Owners did not speak English at all, check-out time as mentioned on booking.com was not satisfied (owner had to go to Sofia in the morning and we had to give him our room keys then)

Riła jest miejscem wartym odwiedzenia samym w sobie (a nie tylko przystankiem na trasie do monastyru). Hotel jest ok, oddalony o jakieś 7-8 min marszu od dworca autobusowego (lekko pod górkę). Pokoje czyste I nowocześnie urządzone. Mieliśmy pokój nr 7 - B.duża łazienka I "przedpokój".

Można płacić tylko gotówką I trzeba było "trafić" na właściwą osobę, żeby to zrobić I się zameldować.

Hôtel familial proprel avec un équipement très correct, le cadre de prime abord est sympa...

Difficile de se faire comprendre, ne parle pas suffisamment l'anglais... Le restaurant est quelconque, la cuisine basique, le service désordonné "de longues périodes d'atttentes et de va et vient "...la restauration ou tout simplement la notion de recevoir n'est pas acquise... "Comble de mal chance nous avons subit un coupure d'eau pendant 24h avec seulement un bidon d'eau pour tout dépannage !"

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Ruime kamer. Fijne binnenplaats onder de druiven met restaurant. Vriendelijke mensen van het hotel. Lekker ontbijt.

Geen warm water, maar hier hebben we niets van gezegt. Waarschijnlijk stond de boiler niet aan.

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres Prix de l hôtel par rapport à l ensemble des hôtels de Bulgarie

De hoteleigenaresse sprak geen engels, maar was uiterst zorgzaam en deed haar best om het ons erg naar onze zin te maken. Ze was heel vriendelijk. Kon lekker koken en heeft iedere ochtend een ander ontbijt verzorgd.

Qualité de la construction, des prestations, du petit déjeuner que l'on peut avoir sur demande et calme.

Proximité du monastère de Rila mais rien d'intéressant dans la ville même qui est une bourgade de campagne.

Un hôtel tout neuf, situé dans le village de Rila, idéal pour visiter le monastère de Rila, une quinzaine de kilomètres plus loin. Chambre simple mais propre et nette, avec salle de bains et WC, et petit balcon avec une jolie vue sur le village. Connexion Internet en wi-fi très satisfaisante.

Le rapport qualité-prix aurait été parfait si le petit-déjeuner était compris. Mais 5 euros par adulte et 3 euros par enfant, c'est abusif pour la Bulgarie.

Alexandra accueille les clients avec beaucoup de chaleur, et ensuite elle est à vos petits soins tout au long du séjour. Hôtel où il fait bon se rafraîchir après la visite du Monastère de Rila.

L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver dans le bourg, faute de signalisation. Ce serait bien de mettre un panneau.

They close the door and if you want to go out early in the morning , for any reason, it is impossible.

Cadre très agréable, accueil très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue. Chambre propre et joliment meublée.Petit déjeuner typique fait maison fait vaut vraiment le détour.

- Propreté de la chambre et de l hôtel en général. - jolie cour intérieure.

- Chambres très basiques et peu chaleureuses. - Rapport qualité/prix peu interressant. - Dans un rayon de 30km, vous trouverez, pour le même prix, des hôtels offrant une multitude de services (déjeuner compris, piscine, ....). A moins que vous ne soyez obligé de séjourner dans le village de Rila, préférez cette option sans hésitation.
