Central Park Hotel

My room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and up to date. Wifi was easily avaliable - all I needed.

Good location, nicely decorated rooms, a general feeling of elegance.

Service and breakfast was too average for what is supposed to be a high end 4 star hotel. On arriving, we were not informed that the restaurant will be closed on the 27-28 December although these are working days in Bulgaria. Staff was rude immediately after our checkout: we sat for 30 minutes at the lobby bar and they asked us to leave if we did not want to order something from the lobby bar, although we were hotel clients the night before!

Hotel was clean, room has enough space, location quite good.

Parking is not underground, but you need to walk something like 50 meters ... Still, there was some security available in the parking place.

We arrived with an early flight (10 a.m.). Nevertheless we could check in. This was very kind and comfortable for us. Room was spacious and quiet. Rich buffet breakfast. Also the coffee was tasteful. It is very good located The city center is reachable within a walk. Opposite is also a tram stop.

Prices for room service too high.

Excellent location - very decent hotel. I will use this hotel whenever I visit Sofia.

I liked the overall comfort of the hotel. Clean, new rooms/furnishings, tastefully done. Generally quiet rooms, non-smoking rooms available which is important.

The walls are quite thin, meaning you can easily hear sounds noises from the adjoining rooms. The first night I had to change rooms because of a neighbor whose thundering snore almost knocked me out of bed. Several days later another snorer (much lighter) kept me awake during the night.

Обстановката е приятна, ненатрапчива, уютна. Персоналът е изключително любезен, приветлив и отзивчив. Много чисто.

国際バスターミナルから出ている路面電車１番と７番が停まる停留所がホテルの前にありますので、どこへ移動- するにも大変便利です。ホテルスタッフは英語が話せ、安心感を与える接客をしてくれます。部屋は大変清潔で- 、バスルームにはバスタブも有り使いやすい仕様でした。シャンプー、リンス、ハーブ石鹸、コットン、綿棒、- シャワーキャップが備わっていました。クローゼットにはセキュリティーボックスがあります。スリッパが備わ- っていたのが嬉しかったです。朝食は温かいものも用意されており、満足しました。ホテル近辺にはレストラン- やカフェが充実しています。徒歩圏内にショップが充実しています。また是非利用したいホテルです。
