Good location, nicely decorated rooms, a general feeling of elegance. Service and breakfast was too average for what is supposed to be a high end 4 star hotel. On arriving, we were not informed that the restaurant will be closed on the 27-28 December although these are working days in Bulgaria. Staff was rude immediately after our checkout: we sat for 30 minutes at the lobby bar and they asked us to leave if we did not want to order something from the lobby bar, although we were hotel clients the night before! |

We arrived with an early flight (10 a.m.). Nevertheless we could check in. This was very kind and comfortable for us. Room was spacious and quiet. Rich buffet breakfast. Also the coffee was tasteful. It is very good located The city center is reachable within a walk. Opposite is also a tram stop. Prices for room service too high. |
