I didnt like when i been charged with the amount of 20 euro, because i invited a very good friend of me to have a drink in my room. I believe such kind of charges and that kind of way of hotel is an old fashion and belongs many years ago.iI hope the policy of your hotel will change in my next stay at your hotel.

The hotel has an internastional standard, everyone speaks English, the administration is competent - a "no-nonsense-athmosphere" for business with all facilities.

Very nice hotel- the best one I ever been to in Sofia. Room extremely clean. Personnel very helpful. Very good meals in restaurant in reasonable price. Very good location- although there is not much to see in the centre of Sofia but in close distance from the hotel many nice restaurants. Definitely Central Park Hotel will become my first choice in Sofia.

The people at the reception and the bell man were very helpfull and friendly. We were upgraded at no extra charge from double room to the "Panorama Suite" which was very nice. Can recommend the rooms but would advise to eat out! The restaurant was dreadfull. The quality of the food was pretty poor especially in relation to the prices. The waiters were slow and not attentive. The food was described nicely in the menu but the description bore no relation to the actual served food. It was clearly "out of a pack" with hardly any attempt to make it more attractive in look or taste.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Your breakfast was excellent. The location of your hotel was great for us, close to shopping and walking distance to alot of the Sofia sights. Would stay at this hotel again when visiting Sofia and would recommend it to anyone else visiting.

From the moment we arrived with the taxi, staff was there, yet in a non obtrusive way, ready to help, answer questions, service you fast, eager to please, I must say again staff is extremely pleasant!!! The hotel is new , modern, fantastic location, we had breakfast included, what a beautiful setting and the offerings, amazing. We stayed there to break a long trip fro NYC to the Black sea, and did that stay set us off in a beautiful, relaxing, luxurious way!!! Extremely pleased and happy with our stay and choice!!!!

We really enjoyed the stay, the staff were great, the service very good and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfasts were great except for Sunday. We ate in the restaurant for 3 nights as we couldn't be bothered to go out. This was a bit of luck as the food was very good and the service the best we have had for a very long time. The only blip was the Sunday breakfast and service. The service was terrible and the food cold and when we asked for hot water you would have thought the end of the world was nigh. A pity. So treat this hotel as a weekdayhotel and definitely skip Sundays.

Location is great, staff is helpful and nice, room a comfortable There is no parking at the hotel but they found me a safe parking 100 meters from the hotel.

Good location, friendly staff, clean, good selection of food for buffet breakfast, in general good value for money Credit card deposit as insurance for the accomodation/minibar, but it is sometimes comprehensible

The spotless clean hotel room and the friendly personal The air-condition was just to hot and dry and for some reason not entirely stop-able. The temperature in the room was so hot that I had to sleep at an open window (outside temperature -8 c) in order to cool the room down. Otherwise it was just perfect
