Friendly helpful staff, clean room, beautiful view, nice food, very professional staff in the spa. Very good value for money. The TV was pretty small in the room. But everything else was perfect. |

Comfort and the spacious rooms .The sea view was also good.The food was ok The fact that I was forced to pay the moment I arrived the entire trip-- also the entire parking in LEVA.The contract with booking.com was in euro.So I was forced to change money at a very low rate-1.83. |

The hotel was recently renovated and the sea side view rooms were excellent. The staff that cleaned the room - we stayed there for 5 nights and not even once did the cleaning lady cleaned the bathroom floor or the sink. Also, the food was very poor. We had HB but the All Inclussive is terrible. It is not acceptable to stay in a line for 10 minutes waiting for a course. |

The view was great and the size of the room also fantastic.. our friend's room on the other hand was much smaller, no view and the price difference for this was not so much.. |

Large clean room with a big terrace, new furniture, good air conditioning, very nice view from the seaside room on the top floor and very friendly reception staff. Overall, very good value for money in terms of lodging. Underground guarded parking (5 EUR / day) was also nice to have. You can eat the food for nourishment. Most of it seems fresh, but it's far from being a pleasurable eating experience. No drinks whatsoever (except for paid drinks from the bar) at dinner and a lousy un-natural juice and some horrible coffee for breakfast. Also, half of the serving personnel doesn't speak English, but they are still trying to help. |

Very big room, breakfast and dinner was above average (quite good). A "closer to the beach" location whould have been nicer, small parking lot (for me it was not a problem because it was the begining of the season, but I guess things will not be as good as they were in high season), no room service. |

The people at the hotel are friendly and like to help you. The hotel newly built and is cheaper than most of other hotels in Golden Sands. The comfort of the room and facilities is 4 stars worthy. The staff does not speak English besides the receptionists, it is away from the beach (10 min by foot) and the restaurant buffet is quite bad. |

Acceuil, état et vu de la chambre, climatisation, service de l'hotel, service. Piscine très petite, nourriture vraiment médiocre (nous avons manger à l'extérieur), impossible d'avoir un verre d'eau avec la formule demi- pension, pour revenir de la plage, il faut marcher un peu pour revenir à l'hotel mais le centre ville est proche. |

camerele spatioase, baia mare, accesul la internet free televizor prea mic, minifrigider ce functiona dar nu racea de loc, extra bed platit neconfortabil (dar patul larg ne-a permis sa dormim 3 adulti in el), s-a cerut plata rezervarii imediat ce am ajuns, inclusiv a parcarii desi nu-o cerusem, inainte de a fi cazati. S-a cerut in leva (cu schimb dezavantajos) desi rezervarea era in euro. desi am facut rezervarea pe booking.com managerul hotelului mi-a trimis formele de rezervare ca si cand le-asi fi facut printr-o agentie bulgara (cu reguli mult mai dure si plata prin cont in avans - costuri suplimentare). multe dintre ele pot fi datorate crizei si gradului de ocupare redus al statiunii desi era full sezon-inceput de august |

Beau balcon avec vue sur mer,bonnes dimensions de la chambre,bonne climatisation,internet gratuit.Je signale que jour anniversaire de ma femme nous avons eu droit a une bouteille debon vin Frigidaire fonctonnant mal ainsi que la TV,ma femme n ayant pas pu descendre por le petit dejeuner je n ai pas eu l autorisation de lui faire monter un cafe,nourriture pauvre surtout pour un 4 etoiles |

Das Hotel Central ist ein neues relativ gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Das Zimmer im 6. Stock war geraeumig, mehrere grosse Spiegel, schoener Balkon mit Blick auf den Goldstrand das Bad ist sepparat mit Badewanne.Die mindestanforderungen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel werden erfuellt aber die Minibar ist extrem ueberteuert fuer die schlechte Qualitaet des Inhalts und man muss hier fuer alles extra Zahlen was eigentlich zum Standart gehoert (Garage,Fitness,Tischtennis, Whirlpoolwanne in sehr kleinem Zimmer...) Die Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer laesst sehr zu wuenschen uebrig, im Zimmer und im Bad lagen ueberall Haare ausserdem fehlt die Silikonabdichtung am Badewannenrand, das WC war stark verschmutzt. Bei Fragen und Beanstandungen findet man keinen Zustaendigen, ausserdem spricht das Personal kaum Deutsch oder Englisch. Das Essen ist sehr sehr schlecht, ausser zum Fruestueck gibt es keine Getraenke zu den Mahlzeiten, es sei denn man kauft diese an der Bar nebenan. die Getraenke zum Fruestueck bestehen aus schlechtem Kaffe Orangenkonzentrat und Erdbeersirup, es wird teilweise Dosennahrung angeboten, erschreckend wenn man bedenkt was die bulgarische Kueche eigentlich fuer koestlichkeiten bietet. dejlig rent, beliggenheden var fin, da der var nogenlunde ro i området og stadig tæt på stranden bedre brød til morgenmad, personale bliver bedre til engelsk, personale kommer rundt til bordene og spørger om man vil have drikkevarer til maden, madrasser til solsengene |

Un singur minus ar fi : Din neatentie, camerista , ne-a ratacit telecomanda de la tv, am cerut incocuirea ei insa cei de la receptie au uitat. La check-out ni s-a precizat de incident , am explicat ce s-a intamplat si totul a fost ok. |
