Everything - Facilities, Services are awful. Hotel Staff are unfriendly (to say the least), breakfasts are awful/non-existent. Room temperature - as in the mountains We skied even in our dreams. In total, our entire stay was an utter nightmare!

The room was very large and quite comfortable. Close to public transportation to the center. Staff was very helpful. I did not get to try the spa facilities. The printer in the business center was not working.

all is good, staff were very helpfull. adress of the hotel is wrong according to GPS and google maps, I told it to hotel management to write correct adress that appears on GPS. they must correct it.

Определено не много приятно място. Чашите в стаята бяха мръсни и то доста. Много захабени халат и хавлии, и други такива в стаите. Направо жалка закуска, отгоре на това през цялото време три, четири неща липсваха. Счупена кафе машина и .... Три пъти оставих съобщение управителя да ми се обади, не и не.....! Not nice place definitely. Dirty glasses in the room!!! Worn bath robe and towels, and plenty more horrible stuff. Pity breakfast, on the top of that always three or four goods were run out, broke coffer machine!?! Three times asked the manager to call me – no call at all.

To δωμάτιο και το πρωινό ήταν καλό σε σχέση με την τιμή. δεν είναι πολύ κοντα στο κέντρο, αλλά η μετακίνηση με ταξί δεν προβληματίζει λόγω του χαμηλού κόστους- περίπου 2-3 ευρώ ανετο parcking στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου απαπτείται ανακαίνηση στα δωμάτια. τα έπιπλα δεν ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση

Un quattro stelle così economico non mi era mai capitato. E sì che ho viaggiato molto in vita mia. Pulito, tranquillissimo e nelle vicinanze del centro di Sofia. Lo staff gentile ha risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre richieste. Un'ottima colazione tutte le mattine ed una cena (l'ultima sera) squisita. Lo raccomando. Mi è piaciuto tutto dell'hotel. Devo però avvertire che noi lo abbiamo scelto perchè era vicino a casa di una amica. Altrimenti il centro non si raggiunge a piedi facilmente.
