The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke english very well. The breakfast was very good and the Taxi service booked by the hotel staff was good. I would use this hotel again even though it was a fair distance from the airport . The 3rd bed was rather small only suitable for a child although we asked for a triple room. A shuttle bus to the airport would have been helpful. |

The room had a bath. The foyer bar had a good range of coffees and was a pleasant surprise to the hotels exterior. It is rated as 4 star, more like a slightly tired 3 star. It does need some money spent on it, especially general room renovation. Beds were not very comfortable and the pre-ordered breakfast was awful. Also the restaurant was closed because of a 'function', we were not told when we arrived. |

In the pictures looks better. They room had some water infiltration, but the overall cleaness of the room was great (in the first night one of the towels that it was provided was torn appart/ with a hole in it). Big rooms. |

I like the Hotel in side and Ilike the organization of the employs. I didn't like your triple room because of the third bad. It was not stable and not comfort for sleeping ! |

The Hotel has nice and big rooms. Good Value for money. Staff was friendly. 1) Parking against extra charges. 2) Rooms are cold and heating system wasn't that fast picking up. 3) Not much of international choice for the TV Channels. |

Staff was friendly and very professional, breakfast was rich. Distance from the centre (only 3 stops with tram) was not a problem, taxi in Sofia are very cheap and at reception they are willing to arranging everything for you. |

Good variety of choice for breakfast. However, bread was only it tost form. No normal bread or bread-rolls. Good meals in restaurant Internet on 3rd floor is not working at all or very slow! This is because it uses Wi-Fi from the 2nd floor so quality of connection is very bad. Additionaly, network is so organized that using Mail Programs (like Ms Outlook) is not possible to send mails (only downloading is possible). |

There were some good points: for the most part, the staff were competent, and a couple were friendly and helpful. The choice at breakfast was wide, and in the room itself there were the normal basics one would expect, such as a room safe, working television and air conditioning. There appears to be a large private function room and (not terribly cheap) spa, which appear to be the reason for the hotel's star rating. If you're looking for a hotel with 3-star rooms, this wouldn't disappoint you. As this hotel claims to be 4-star, we were expecting more (we'd had excellent experiences at other comparably-rated hotels in Sofia): Location's not great, is linked to the centre by tram or can be driven in ten minutes by one of the many (unfortunately not always honest) taxi drivers hanging around. Allow at least 30 mins on foot though. Walls are very thin, through the night we were woken by rowdy groups of guests shouting in the corridor/banging on doors (it was a Tues night). The room was roughly half the size that we'd experienced at other Sofia hotels and was very cramped. The shower ran out of hot water after seconds, and overflowed readily. Sheets smelled of previous guests. Les Fleurs is a bit more expensive, but gets my vote. |

Relatively quiet and very clean. The reception people spoke english very well and helped us a lot. The room was nice, even though it was not really as it is shown in the pictures. Free internet. Next to super market. Breakfast could be improved but it was not as bad as it is described to be. The restaurant waiters also did not speak english and our order was delayed very much. Also it is a little bit off center. |
