Excellent hotel, beautiful room and very spacious. We had an excellent massage! We had a room above the restaurant, sadly with a lot of noise in the room as a result. Excellent breakfast! Friendly staff!

Very nice hotel (can't say the same about the town). The parking though open is secure (it's located in a dead end road and watched on with cameras). Nice pool, restaurant service, and the best hotel-gym I have seen. Dissent breakfast No problems at all.

Het hotel is in orde. Het ligt in een ietwat verkommerde buurt van Troyan. Er is een prachtig zwembad waarvan we geen gebruik konden maken omdat er een trouwparty aan de gang was.Het ontbijt is fijn. Wellicht zou het verblijf aangenamer geweest zijn zonder de beperkingen en het lawaai verbonden aan het trouwfeest dat doorging toen we daar verbleven.

La piscine Je trouve que les photos présentés sur booking hôtel ne sont pas du tout représentatives de la réalité. Problème d'odeur. Vieux lit très inconfortable. Très décevant

Персоналът е изключително добре обучен, любезен и добронамерен.Прави максимумът за да се почустват гостите на хотела добре. Хотелът е глупаво проектиран. Големи, но неудобни бани. Миризма която се носи от канала в банята. Няма асансьор. Перилата по стълбите биха били удобни за хора с височина около 150см., т.е. по-ниски са с 15см. от стандарта което е доста неудобно. Стъпълата между етажите са с различна височина. Хотелът е заобиколен от близко разположени: двуетажни къщи /от втория етаж се наблюдават гостите на хотела решили да ползват басейна/; бюро за траурни услуги и училище.
