The hotel was in a quiet area of the city not far from the walking street, which leads to the beach. Staff were friendly and available 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, spacious room nicely furnished and a nicely tiled bathroom. I believe this was, perhaps, the nicest hotel I have experienced on this trip of 6 weeks in 6 Balkan countries. Breakfast was generous and nicely prepared. The hotel has a very nice dining room with a Garden restaurant in addition. I would class this hotel as a boutique hotel. It was charming. The only disadvantage of the hotel is there is no lift, but I did not find it detrimental. I did not eat in the dining room because there was no English menu. Everything looked good and it was always busy. The area near the hotel had some neat pubs and great clothing shops. |

Restaurant and general atmosphere of the hotel was very good. Room was clean and I often found complimentary refreshing surprises you never encounter in other hotels. Staff was very helpful, but with limited english skills (was not really problem). Shower and toilet arrangement was a bit uncomfortable (with limited room), but still, I would not complain considering good price. |

My six friends and I had a wonderful, but short stay, at Hotel Chiplakoff. The warm and friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our traveling needs. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, free secured parking, great food in the hotel restaurant, and the artsy decor very nice. We had a very early departure, and the staff provided us with a tasty boxed breakfast. |

It was in a good location and had a nice resturant next door. Good value for money and we would stay there again. There was no hair dryer in the room |
