Location and staff are great. Rooms are fresh,no need for air condition. Bussiness room bed is hard as rock. Not accepting credit cards when I was there (two nights.)

çAlışanlar çok gır çalışıyor dil bilmiyorlar,fatura istemeden vermiyorlar . Kavaltının bir başka yerde yenmesi .oradaki personelin ,Otelden gelenlere hizmet vermesi çok kötü.

Şehrin merkezinde,uygun fiyat ve temiz odalar. Otel personeli çok suratsız.Mail order yoluyla ödeme almayı bilmedikleri gibi ilk 4 gün pos cihazımız bozuk nakit ödeme yapın gibi imalarda bulundular.

Citius hotel bu zamana kadar varna da kaldığım otellerden 3.cüsüydü.otel hakkında fazla bir şey söyleyemeyeceğim.otel temizlik yönünden çok iyi değil.resepsiyon görevlisi yeterince iyi ingilizce bilmiyor.rezervasyon süresi boyunca oldukça bekledim ve uzun süre odama yerleşemedim.chek in - chek out saatleri gelen müsteriler açısından esnek değil.ben sabah 5 sıralarında varna ya indim ve 12 gibi ancak rezervasyonum yapıldı.uzaktan gelen müşteriler için bu saatler bence daha esnek olmalı.6- 7 Saat sokaklarda beklemek durumunda kaldım.kaldığım odamın banyosunda ayna yoktu yerinden sökülmüş ve takılmamıştı.bir otel odasında en önemli şey bence aynadır.traş olacağım zamanlarda yatak kısmındaki aynayı yerinden alarak banyoya götürdüm ve ihtiyaçlarımı bu şekilde giderdim.benim için sadece iyi yönü şehir merkezinde oluşu ve plaja yakınlığı idi.onun haricinde iyi bir yönünü söyleyebilmem mümkün değil.bu zamana kadar yaptığım en kötü seçim diyebilirim.daha önce kaldığım otelde acık büfe kahvaltı ile karşılandım.burada ise bir fiş ile çocuğun bile doyamayacağı bir kahvaltı tabağı ile karşılandım. Sevdiğim bir yönü olmadığı için sevmediğim yönlerini yukarıda belirttim.

1.идеално местоположение в центъра на града 2. Жената,която чисти стаите е изключително мила,любезна и отзивчива. 1. асансьорът не работи, а бях на ет.5 2. Интернет НЕ ДОСТИГА до ет.5 / служителките на хотела го потвърдиха/. 3. Закуската е в заведение ''Тропс къща'' близо до хотела. 4. Баня няма, а има тоалетна с душ, заедно с най-миниатюрната мивка, предлагана на пазара. 5. Служителките не са любезни, по-скоро са недоволни, че са на работа.

Este amplasat în centrul oraşului într-o zonă liniştită. Este aproape imposibil să ajungi cu maşina la hotel, iar cu parcarea este o adevărată problemă.Străzile sunt foarte înguste şi ocupate cu maşini parcate.

Location Very noisy all the night till 5 o'clock in the morning. The stuff did not take any actions to manage with the problem. Cleanliness of the room.

Small but fine hotel in the heart of Varna in an excellent location, esp. if you want to have everything near around you. Within 5 minutes by foot you have: A lot Cafe´s & Restaurants, the beach, bus connection to Golden Sands and to the airport. You can also take the bus to serveral shopping malls. + Free Wifi in the hotel. Small rooms but great if you're just there for sleep.
