Clean, fairly central, friendly staff, good breakfast Bath flooded, security box also needed to be fixed, hotel staff walked into room without knocking on first day! |

Despite they were doing some construction work, everything was perfectly well managed to avoid any impact on customer's comfort. Very well located, clean, good value for money. Definitely best staff I have never seen: always available, offering help... really really good people and great professionals!! Thanks! May be the efficiency of the Air Conditioning system? Fair to recognize that it was particularly hot in Sofia during our stay but.... |

Staff were very helpful, especially the bellboy who was on duty when we arrived. Nice location with convenient parking. The welcome tray of fruit came in very handy. Very good laundry service. The instructions for operating the safe are not correct, which the management knows about, but hasn:t fixed. Unfortunately, there was construction ongoing in the lobby area, which meant that we had to go outside (in the rain) to get from our room to the lobby. |

The staff was helpful. It was raining on the first day and I borrowed an umbrella from the reception desk, which I found nice. The shuttle service to the airport was also great: cheap and safe. |

As always in the last 6 years, this hotel kept high standards in comfort and quality! Besides, location is excellent, guarded parking area, free internet - all ingredients for an excellent stay! |

The corner suite turn out to be quite nice. It was a single, spacious apartment on the last floor of the hotel. It had an access to a roof top deck, and descent view of Sofia's downtown skyline. |

The location was indeed realy central. There were bowls of fruits in the room waiting for us. Big parking next to the hotel. Everything worked as expected. You can set the watch by the planes schedule passing above the hotel. However, I was more annoyed by the restaurant tables setup (2 persons only) and non-working channel switching remote control. |

The corner suite/family room was very comfortable and the breakfast was varied and substantial The hotel is right on the edge of walking distance from the center of the city making it a fair walk to the shopping street |

My stay was short but the hotel staff was very helpful. They responded to my email queries quickly and were happy to assist with anything. The shuttle was waiting for me at the airport on time. |

the room size was really comfortable, moreover the tv set was well equipped and with several channels Maybe an additional tv channel in italian language, since the average client is businessman and a lot of italian are travelling to Sofia nowadays. |

I thought this hotel was very good value. Helpful staff, good location for visiting the centre, very nice Italian restaurant, clean and well-appointed room, free Wi-Fi. What more could you ask for? No complaints |
