The hotel is elegant and chic but functional, the staff is incredibly friendly and speak perfect English, the room was very comfortable and clean, the buffet breakfast is excellent. I was very satisfied and have absolutely no complaints about my experience. The hotel is also located a convenient walking distance from most things in the city.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the buffet breakfast was very good, the room was nice, and the hotel is very near to the main attractions of Sofia. In general, everything met my expectations.

Friendly and helpful stuff in most places of the hotel. Good location in the city center close to main streets and monuments. Good connection to the airport. Very hot in whole facility. Not functioning aircondition. Luckyly I was there at the end of march, so opened window solved this problem at least in room. Hotel is located in a small side street, so not that easy to discover.

Good location near to the main sights in Sofia. Excellent buffet breakfast TV channels very limited. Only 26 channels and many in Italian and german language. Very few channels in English. No TV 1000 for example.

It was very good experience! Staff was very kind, friendly, explaining us everything we asked... Rooms clean, comfortable. Location of the hotel was very near to the center... Everything was really good, next time for sure we will select the same hotel (of course if the price remains as it was :) )

Dining arrangements were small but good. A wedding reception was held one evening during our stay, which recieved priority over hotel guests. We were totally ignored.

Check in at 09.30hrs and they gave us a room after a 20 minute wait. After a long night it was great having a couple more hours sleep. Transfer to airport was expensive at 10 Euros each. For five people that's 50 Euros.

We enjoyed our stay because the hotel offered everything we needed: fantastic location, great service, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, lovely interior and all that for quite an acceptable price. We will definitely stay at the same hotel next time we visit Sofia.

Very friendly personnel. We left early and they gave us some sandwiches for on the road. Close to airport, good airport transfer service with a driver that drives safe..

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The spa service is awesome with an expert Masseuge providing the best massage ever! Regarding the personnel, they are young professionals with excellent attitude. I managed, once more, to leave my perfume back when I checked out, when I called them next day they informed me that they had found and kept it at the reception desk! Thanks guys, c u next time

The location of the hotel and the facilities provided me with everything I needed for a business trip. The free WiFi is a real bonus providing me with the ability to continue working in real time.

The geographic situation is very good (very central but off the main road = quiet!). The staff is helpful and polite (although less smiley than what I've experienced in some other places). Good breakfast. The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. Our twin room was somewhat small. There was a strange smell in the corridor- not entirely unpleasant but much too strong. No major complaints though - it was a very comfortable stay.

Very polite and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room. Restaurant offered good meal for good value, for hotel guests with 10% price off. Central location, guarded parking facility in front of the hotel. Fast checkout, no need to wait even in the morning hours. Very good choice for business travellers.

Perfectly located in a quiet narrow street however is being within comfortable walking distance from city center. Friendly, helpful professional staff. Good inhouse meeting facilities. The coffee served in the lobby bar is particularly good :-)

Close to city center. Friendly staff Awful smell in room. After 2 days I found out that the drain in bathroom floor had to be filled with water to keep the bad odor of the drain- system away. After pouring water into it the smell was quickly gone. Bathroom was very small and toilet space nearly impossible for comfortable use because you were squeezed between toilet and shower.
