Best Western Plus City Hotel  

The hotel is elegant and chic but functional, the staff is incredibly friendly and speak perfect English, the room was very comfortable and clean, the buffet breakfast is excellent. I was very satisfied and have absolutely no complaints about my experience. The hotel is also located a convenient walking distance from most things in the city.

Friendly and helpful stuff in most places of the hotel. Good location in the city center close to main streets and monuments. Good connection to the airport.

Very hot in whole facility. Not functioning aircondition. Luckyly I was there at the end of march, so opened window solved this problem at least in room. Hotel is located in a small side street, so not that easy to discover.

Good location near to the main sights in Sofia. Excellent buffet breakfast

TV channels very limited. Only 26 channels and many in Italian and german language. Very few channels in English. No TV 1000 for example.

Dining arrangements were small but good.

A wedding reception was held one evening during our stay, which recieved priority over hotel guests. We were totally ignored.

Very friendly personnel. We left early and they gave us some sandwiches for on the road. Close to airport, good airport transfer service with a driver that drives safe..

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The spa service is awesome with an expert Masseuge providing the best massage ever! Regarding the personnel, they are young professionals with excellent attitude. I managed, once more, to leave my perfume back when I checked out, when I called them next day they informed me that they had found and kept it at the reception desk! Thanks guys, c u next time

The geographic situation is very good (very central but off the main road = quiet!). The staff is helpful and polite (although less smiley than what I've experienced in some other places). Good breakfast. The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good.

Our twin room was somewhat small. There was a strange smell in the corridor- not entirely unpleasant but much too strong. No major complaints though - it was a very comfortable stay.

Perfectly located in a quiet narrow street however is being within comfortable walking distance from city center. Friendly, helpful professional staff. Good inhouse meeting facilities. The coffee served in the lobby bar is particularly good :-)

The hotel presents a modern feel and rooms that are standard enough that I knew it would be ok.

Perfect location (200 m from A. Nevski catedral), very quiet (because of its location in a quiet street), nice breakfast.

Wifi did not work in my room (signal too weak), so I had to go to the lobby to work. Tip: the hotel charges 10€ for 1 person to take you with their car to the airport; if you let them call you a taxi, this taxi will cost you about 10 leva (5€) to bring you to the airport.
