“ On arrival we were greeted by freindly staff having parked in the hotel car park. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The town centre was close by, well within walking distance. The restaurant had both good food and good wine, both reasonably priced. The hotel was also about 15 minutes from the airport. ”

The location of the hotel was wonderful and the staff was extraordinary in their attention and followup on questions and requests. The room was terrific, and the breakfast was great as well. It was a terrific introduction to Bulgarian hospitality!

The Italian Restaurant in the hotel accommodated us with a very active and loud one year old. The food and service was great. It was great value for money. The only reason I rated the facilities a "good" was because I did not get a chance to use any of the facilities.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much for them, even when I was out of town for two nights, they understood and kept my room with my luggage until my return. Overall, very efficient and professional Breakfast could have a wider selection and the fruit juices should be chilled and not served at room temperature.

Very friendly staff, and very helpful. Central location.Excellent breakfast, and restaurant food good, (but see opposite). No soft bread, for breakfast,only hard and crusty. Evening menu too fussy, a few basic choices, would have been nice.

Very good location, all amenities you'd need, nice breakfast with different choices every day. Great Wi-Fi, a wide range of tv channels (over 200), clean and nice. Room service has good prices and fine food.

I live in Bulgaria and my friend was visiting me and so I decided it would be nice to start her holiday with a stay in Sofia. The hotel staff were so helpful, friendly and polite. Our breakfast a perfect start to the day and the beds very comfortable. I would use the hotel again if I needed to stay in Sofia for any reason. The only thing I missed was not being able to make a drink of tea or coffee in our room as there is no facilities to do so.

location,quiet area parking lot,no security there,reception staff,they didn't show me the room or carry my lugage, breakfast was average,cold,they didn't refil the plates,poor service,way much better at other Best Western on Hristo Botev Str., I'll go there again,sorry, but you need some improvemdnts,especially reception staff

Very well located - next to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral close to all city’s most famous surroundings and attractions comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and helpful staff who seemed keen to help you get the most of your visit. The costs were very reasonable. Would certainly stay again if we return to Sofia

Staff was friendly and we were leaving in am before free breakfast was served and they accommodated us at 5 am with carry bag of sandwich and fruit with coffee that early which was very appreciated! Just nice Elevator and doorways a bit small for toting med to large luggage

Best Western Hotels have a good reputation and this one did not disappoint. It is in a very central location with secure gated parking and an attendant. The room was very good, both large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a very good choice.
