The personnel was very kind and helpful, always available. It should be more clear if the shuttle for the airport offered by the hotel is for one person or whether it will be shared with other guests. There was a small misunderstanding in this regard. |

Its very concvinient and a real 4star hotel with very helpful staff........Knoweledge of better english would be an andvantage! The breakfast should has a larger variety!the extra bed in the suite was so unconfortable!!!! |

We spoke to the hotel prior to our arrival as we were at the coast in Bulgaria and booked whilst there- the staff extremely helpful and put my mind at ease for our return to Sofia. When we arrived, which was late evening, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room beautifully made up- Corner Suite. Unfortunately there was a leak, the staff took care of it and we were moved to another suite within 15 minutes, nothing was too much for them.The rest of the stay just as good and staff exceptionally good. I have experience of hotels around the world and this is a good one. The location superb for the Alexander Nevsky Church and other sites. took a tour of city. Hotel arranged transfer to Airport and got us there in good time. Not at all. Would rate this. |
