Good breakfast, good service. Small problems with door locks and card electric system. Hotel is in the center and traffic in Sofia is chaotic. |

Its very concvinient and a real 4star hotel with very helpful staff........Knoweledge of better english would be an andvantage! The breakfast should has a larger variety!the extra bed in the suite was so unconfortable!!!! |

We were given a better room than we expected, reception and room service were very helpful and the airport shuttle was efficient and very pleasantly staffed |

We spoke to the hotel prior to our arrival as we were at the coast in Bulgaria and booked whilst there- the staff extremely helpful and put my mind at ease for our return to Sofia. When we arrived, which was late evening, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room beautifully made up- Corner Suite. Unfortunately there was a leak, the staff took care of it and we were moved to another suite within 15 minutes, nothing was too much for them.The rest of the stay just as good and staff exceptionally good. I have experience of hotels around the world and this is a good one. The location superb for the Alexander Nevsky Church and other sites. took a tour of city. Hotel arranged transfer to Airport and got us there in good time. Not at all. Would rate this. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was 5 minute walk from downtown. Internet was available and free of charge downstairs. |

The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was fine. The hotel staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to all business people, since it is comfortable and clean enough. |

La prontezza dello staff nell'indicare un ufficio di cambia-valute vicino all'hotel invece di fare il cambio loro stessi ad un cambio per me molto meno vantaggioso. La limitata scelta del buffet per la colazione. |

Toimi siten kuin odotin ml aamiainen oli ok ja netti toimi. Tupakoitiin sisälläkin kuten näytti olevan muuallakiin maassa. Kokolattiamattoja ei huoneessa tarvita. |
