Excellent city trip hotel, right in the center of town, can't ask for a better location and rate compared to surrounding hotels. My room was on the 4th floor, I had a nice balcony, comfortable bed, TV, electric kettle, air conditioner, good wifi connection. Difficult to find parking in the daytime. No blackout curtains.

Много добро местоположение и съотношение цена-качество, безплатен достъп до интернет, изключително любезен персонал. А електрическата кана е много голямо удобство за пиещите само чай ;) Very good location and value for money, free internet access, very friendly staff. A kettle is a great convenience for tea drinkers ;)

Konumunun merkez girişinde bulunması oldukça iyi. Hotelden dışarı çıktığınız an herşey elinizin altında. öZellikle hotel personelinin tutumu etkileyiciydi. Son derece ilgiliydiler. Hotelde A'dan Z'ye herşey düşünülmüş. Varna'da kış mevsimi çok sert geçtiği için hoteldeki ısıtma sistemi zayıf kalmış. Konakladığım 401 no'lu odanın malesef ısındığını bile göremedim. Sırf ısınma konusu yüzünden kış mevsimleri konaklamak için bu hoteli tavsiye etmiyorum.

Ordentliches kleines Hotel direkt am Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, alle sehr bemüht und hilfreich nd der Englischen Sprache mächtig. Alles in allem für einen kurzauffenthalt sehr gutes Preis Leistungs verhältniss ausserhalb der Saison. Etwas unangenehme Dusche die durch fehlende Abschirmung das gesmte Badezimmer unter Wasser setzt.

много приятен и любезен персонал, добро местоположение, добра цена топлата вода към 7:00 сутринта беше около 20-25C, но към 8:00, като и вечерите вече имаше гореща вода

It's location in the middle was very handy (provided you could easily get to the centre) and the price is fair. If you like the smell of strong cleaning fluids (yet somehow conspicuously dirty windows) whirring electrical appliances and staff telling you the only rooms available are the expensive ones: then this hotel is for you! The internet didn't work and they were in no rush to fix it.
