The location is great, near the sea-garden and near to the centre. I've stayed here before and the rooms are well serviced with TV, mini-bar, modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. I plan to return to this hotel but not into the economy room. I know it was an economy room but it smelt of damp. There was water damage to one of the walls. The showerhead was faulty and the shower also leaked from the base covering the bathroom floor with water. The room is also next to an electrical transformer on the street which makes it difficult to sleep at all times in this basement room. A real shame because I like this hotel. |

For the area of Varna it was very clean, smart and welcoming. Staff were helpful and friendly. |

The staff was very kind and helpful, location was great (near centre and beach), we could park our car in front of the hotel. |

Excellent staff, great location, very close to the beach (5 min. on feet), renovated rooms. A bit noisy in night, especially if staying in first floor. |

Prisvärd hotel, bra läge och otroligt hjälpsam personal. Jag var verkligen imponerad av personalen och deras arbetssätt att känna välkommen på hotellet. Tusen tack! Mattor på golvet var smutsiga. |

Personeel was erg aardig; uitstekende ligging in binnenstad Varna Last van geluiden op de kamer die via trappenhuis van boven kwamen; een tussendeur zou misschien een oplossing zijn. |
