Best Western Prima Hotel    

we liked the location, the value for money, the night staff (who were very helpful and friendly) the accommadation and the coffee.

there was a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom.

Great location, near the beach and the Sea garden. Central yet quiet.

The breakfast is rather basic.

The location was perfect for me, an Italian restaurant only 30 metres away that serves fantastic food with friendly staff, a small shop just opposite Its just a few minutes walk to the city center and to the beach, The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable and has a good wifi connection If i was to stay in Varna again i would definitely stay at the Best western prima.

the room was very cold with an air condition trying very hard to make it warm with no success!!!!! the breakfast was even purer !!!! and there was no parking at all and we where looking for a parking space around the hotel for half an hour with no luck!!!!!!!

No stairs to the my room and near to the city center!

Everything was very cool. Also the (promo) price I paid was really good.

It was in the centre but location not good bad street not as good as the best western park that I stayed in the week before in varna more like hostal hotel

The staff where very helpful

It was very close to center. Rooms were clean. Staff was speaking English well.

There is no parking space dedicated to hotel, but you can use street nearby. In breakfast, not so many choises.

The hotel is small, but clean and the location is excellent. Breakfast was good - a good selection of cold dishes on the buffet, and a menu for hot food. Complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee in rooms was very welcome, and the minibar was reasonably well-stocked and prices very reasonable

The one notable item missing from the minibar was wine The bar in the lobby has a very small selection of drinks, and, again. no wine. When I asked for it the receptionist suggested that I went to the shop opposite and bought some. This I did - 2.50 leva for 25ml in a screwtop bottle Back in reception I asked for a wine glass only to be told that there were glasses in bedrooms - there were, but they were tumblers. I had to get the lift up to my room, get a tumbler, pour the wine and bring it back down to the lobby to drink. An irritating complaint about an otherwise perfectly pleasant hotel

With the special booking.com rate this hotel was a really great deal. I stayed in the budget single room and there did not seem to be anything budget about it except the price and the location on the first floor was great. The hotel's location is a little hard to find at first as the address is on a very small street but the residential location near the park and beach and the center was ideal. The room had everything you could possibly need and was truly first class.

The breakfast could be better especially the coffee and juice but there is a lot of choice hot and cold but I stayed 4 days and it's a bit the same after a while. But this is a minor gripe in an otherwise excellent experience. I would stay here again in a minute.

Everything was clean tidy and staff helpfully location good for town centre and beach 10 minute walk to train station which we found very good , all in all I would rebook here again , Mulik

Excelent small hotel, in the beautifull town of Varna. Very close to the beach (5 minutes walking) and to the main pedestrian streets, full of restaurants (5 minutes walking). Very good breakfast (buffet), with 3 or 4 more options which we could ask and they prepared in the moment (ex: eggs, sausages and so on...very tasty, just made). Rooms very cozy and very clean. Perfect base to explore Varna. Ohh, a very good (and cheap) italian restaurant next to the Hotel..

I can only say the hotel staff is so rude. Not reacting well in urgent situation. The Hotel - Budget. The Location - Perfect but i would not recommend this to any of my friends anymore.

The location is close to the beach and park, and allso close to the center of the city.

There was a poor lighting in the bathroom as well as in the room.

It is close to the beach. Internet is free and breakfast is good.

You can't open your windows in the room as the street is very noisy.

We liked the location of the hotel very much as it is situated in the centre of Varna, near the beach. The hotel is nice and the staff is kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. It was substantial, it contained fruit and sweets, too.

Hotel is ideally situated between the sea gardens and the main shopping area. Hotel is very claen and modern Staff very good

as allways a great hotel. great location, great internet connection, great stuff... ! we stay here 2-3 times per year.

Great place to stay for the week end. It has a excellent location and is very clean.

Perhaps the breakfast can use more variety.

Good location, just a short walk to the centre and to the beautiful sea garden and beach. Tea/Coffee making facilities which is unheard of normally in Bulgaria so a plus. Very pleansant and helpful reception staff.

Lumpy pillow and no balconies.

Service was nice and manaders were very friendky. Rodislav made a presunt to my daughter due her birthday - it was so important to her! thanks

no fruits on the breakfast/ very bad - there is summer now!!! and our neightbour from Moscow has less price - it was strange//we used Booking /com - the best site. he used Ostrovoc.com/ i don/t understand this situation.

the location was supurb, the staff were the most obliging of staff you could find in any hotel anywhere in the world(and i know) having traved the world for fifty years,everything was as near perfection as you could possibly hope for in a hotel stay, i only stayed two nights but should really have stayed longer

The location is excellent near the beach and sea port and also near shopping streets. The room and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The door of the room appear to be a little bit unsafe.

Lack of traditional food, good bread and various fresh vegetables at the breakfast. ARO brand from Metro is not a good article to be placed on the breakfast table by a Best Western hotel.
