Service was polite, location good and room was comfortable

In the lobby was no smooth materials, so the noice from the lobby echoes to our room

breakfast facilities limited, buffet counter needs to be bigger and stocked with more milk etc, Coffee tended to be colder than I prefer. Some minor maintenance issues with the room that had not been identified

Very good possition close to pedestrian area and the sea. Room, probably, was just renowated and very clean.

Personeel was erg aardig; uitstekende ligging in binnenstad Varna

Last van geluiden op de kamer die via trappenhuis van boven kwamen; een tussendeur zou misschien een oplossing zijn.

nähe zum Strand, nähe zum Zentrum, eine sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung (Flatscreen)

wir hatten ein Zimmer im Kellergeschoss und deshalb nur ein winziges Fenster das man nicht ganz öffnen konnte.
