Grifid Club Hotel Bolero - All inclusive  

- grosses Zimmer mit Balkon - a la Carte Restaurants ebenfalls all inclusive (insbesondere das Asia hat mir sehr gefallen). - Essen auch im Hauptrestaurant qualitativ absolut ok, wenn auch etwas einseitig (ich war nur 2 volle Tage im Hotel!).

- Der Service im Hauptrestaurant ist teilweise schon fast zu fleissig. Es wird abgeräumt und neu gedeckt obwohl man nur Getränkenachschub holte und eigentlich noch weiteressen wollte. - Der Safe im Zimmer kostet pro Tag gut 2 Euro extra. - In einem 4 Sterne Haus erwarte ich Pflegeprodukte und nicht bloss ein grosser Spender mit Seife in der Dusche.

Hotel, food, personnel were excellent. It is near the beach, so you can easily choose between going to the hotel's pool (that is very clean and very intimate to the hotel guests) and the beach.Personnel was well motivated, they made us feel like royal guests (Alexandra says hello to Mimi :). And food was not sophisticated (maybe it was the case in the restaurants a la carte, but we didn't try them), but it was very well done, in abundance and fresh. Overall ... one of the best deals in holidays that we made.

Unfortunately I have two things to say. One is the fact that the hotel has a night bar that can be loud during the nights and it might be very disturbing to the youngest. And the second thing that I didn't enjoy isn't related only to this particular hotel, but to all hotels of Golden Sands: it is very difficult to reach it by car because the resort doesn't have indicators. However, there are some "well meaning" taxi drivers who, for 5 euro, will lead you to the hotel. Well, we didn't want to contribute to this kind of business, so we circled around and we finally found the hotel. It's very annoying, especially if you have been traveling for almost ten hours, kids are crying and your nerves are on the edge. I make responsible all the hotels for this mess.

Best staff ever always smile and the Hotel is amazing we have really good time.This is my second visit and I'm looking for the next season and spend more time together.

Great hospitality and tasty "home" cousine. Hotel management make all for your comfort and fun. Would recommended.

Everything was excellent as the last year. If you want to have a good rest go there. The food is nice, the rooms are spacious, luxury and very comfortable. The garden and pools are so clean and nice. You have a choice of plenty of sports. Cocktails are good. No cheap issues. Very good staff. I recommend it!!! Once you've stayed there you don't want to go anywhere else. The hotel is maintained and looks the way it looked a year ago although being full during the summer.

The only little thing is that some of the meals in the restaurant are not so delicious prepared, but you have a big choice and no way to be disappointed. Really rich breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beeing the 2 nd time in this hotel I t confirmed my first impression: It's OK. Very helpful and friendlystaff, smiling all the time. Good entertainment/animation team. The manager present on the site all the time efficiently solving/finding sollutions to any requests from the tourists.

Location is great. Just a minute walk from the beach. The room was air conditioned. Overall probably one of the good hotels to stay in while in Golden Sands.

We expected much more for a 4* hotel. Everything was quite basic. They could have done more with the corrirors, elevators, the room interior etc. If you book all inclusive you should be aware that the drinks at the bar consist of the cheapest bulgarian alcohol. Same goes for the food (at the argentinian restaurant where we had late lunch, dinner and breakfast). The animators team can also be quite annoying for people who are looking for pure relaxation at the swimming pools with a loud music at the afternoon and quite noisy water ball games at the mornings.

The room was very clean and spatious.The animation staff was funny and entertaining.

Most of all I liked friendly staff.

There were some minor problems: 1) laundry and ironing is not included (as I had a business trip, I needed my shirts to be ironed daily, and it was extra charge); 2) computers with paid access, staying in the lobby, have quite an abridged OS installed, so that some of the basic operations couldn't be handled (like downloading a file and writing it down on the flash card).

Location, meal, they offer supper snacks for late check in guests!, Big clean room, good territory, hotel staff is helpful and speaks your language.

I did not manage to get connection to internet via Wi Fi in the lobby. But this may be because of my lapton settings that we could not change. They changed the place where you can get and return towels without prerior information. I did not understand why a person in Bolero hotel uniform in the beach by his initiative checked my hotel card and then said that umbrellas and bedstones were not for hotel guests.

We didn't stay at Bolero because there was a problem with our reservation but they offered instead a junior suite at the same price in Arabella and free parking. So it all turned out for the best.

Food and drinks could be better.
