Grifid Club Hotel Bolero

Het eten was uitmuntend, zowel ontbijt als avondmaal. Koffie was weer rotzooi. Waarom besteedt men zoveel aandacht aan overdadig eten waar waarschijnlijk de helft van weggegooid wordt en kan men niet fatsoenlijke koffie schenken bij het ontbijt?

De Koffie bij het ontbijt en verder de kluis in de kamer. Deze zit met twee boutjes op een losse plank gemonteerd. Die plank steunt op vier steuntjes zodat je de plank met kluis en al zo uit de kast kunt meenemen als je dat wilt. Ik had een probleem met de kluis, de monteur trok de kluis met bouten en al zo van de plank om hem te repareren. Vijf uurtjes later stond de kluis weer op de plank met twee nieuwe boutjes, de gaten van de oude boutjes nog in het hout. En verder stond het fitnessgedeelte weer vol met oude troep en een loopband die haperde en waar stroompjes van af kwamen.

I with the family (wife& 2 children 3,8& 1,5 y.o) have been in the Bolero during about 2 weeks twice: in October 2008 and September 2009. + good service, good meal, clean room. I think in the case if we are going to the Golden Sands again we'll choose the Bolero.

The hotel looks good with nice rooms and facilities.

Parking is exagerately expensive. 10 euros a day i think is way too much.

I liked this hotel, on a scale from 1 to 10 this hotel takes from me 9 (always is room for improvement)

Location was good, but really difficult to find. No visible signs or directions.

Food was limited as selection. Service and quality for the money not satisfactory. No a/c in the public places what so ever.

I was pleasant surprised! Food, services, personal excellent! I can recommand this Hotel specially for couples with young children! We've spent a great time there!!

Warm and mostly nice employees, beautifull location, wonderfull for family with kids

non alcoholic driknks, no fresh fruits juices

good food, big and clean room, good drinks at bars (imported rum and whiskey), garage, all inclusive and parking extension after 12 AM on the check-out day for resonable fee.

minibar fridge worked very slow, no opener for beer bottle in the room.

Argentinian restaurant is ok, the drinks are nice, outdoor pools are ok

Hotel staff refused check in and even parking although we had less than 30 minutes until 2 PM, the hotel looks cheap, towels are worn out and don't look too clean, the room is small for a 4 star hotel, the indoor swimming pool is extremely cold, bathroom ventilation poor, the hotel surroundings are bad, the so called disco club is a little bigger than a closet.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are big and clean. The hotel has two lovely swimming pools and the entertainment team always involves the guests in activities such as polo, shuffleboard, football, etc. There is a large variety of meals.

Excellent 4 stars hotel with 5 stars service. Free parking is available on the back yard, just not advertised, you have to ask security to open the chain – it’s free for all hotel guests. Meal – outstanding, everyone can find something eatable. Ice-cream for kids – provided during the all day. Free mini-bar – two beer, two cans of cola and bottle of water provided daily. Room – very large and comfortable, with balcony and sitting chairs, AC working perfect, perfect acoustic isolation from neighbor rooms. Kids have a special attention from hotel personnel. Gym is good as for 4 stars hotel. Outside pools are heated and cleaned daily. Free drinks are available as advertised – Jim beam, Bacardi, Savoy, Martini, Champagne and all other drinks are included. Hotel parties as a “Fancy fair” is out of the word - a lot of attractions, live music, amazing cocktails serving outside the bar. After 23.00 hotel becoming to a very quiet place that allows to have a good rest, especially for kids. Probably it is the best quality and price ratio for holiday that I could be able to find in Bulgaria (67 EUR per day 2 adults + 1 kid).

There is always enough room to improve some things. F.e. bath kit, cleaning of the rooms, welcome package (info about area) could be issued, room service, SPA procedures could be cheaper, fitness room kit renew, more attractions for 8-12 years old kids, bike rental and etc.
