Excellent 4 stars hotel with 5 stars service. Free parking is available on the back yard, just not advertised, you have to ask security to open the chain – it’s free for all hotel guests. Meal – outstanding, everyone can find something eatable. Ice-cream for kids – provided during the all day. Free mini-bar – two beer, two cans of cola and bottle of water provided daily. Room – very large and comfortable, with balcony and sitting chairs, AC working perfect, perfect acoustic isolation from neighbor rooms. Kids have a special attention from hotel personnel. Gym is good as for 4 stars hotel. Outside pools are heated and cleaned daily. Free drinks are available as advertised – Jim beam, Bacardi, Savoy, Martini, Champagne and all other drinks are included. Hotel parties as a “Fancy fair” is out of the word - a lot of attractions, live music, amazing cocktails serving outside the bar. After 23.00 hotel becoming to a very quiet place that allows to have a good rest, especially for kids. Probably it is the best quality and price ratio for holiday that I could be able to find in Bulgaria (67 EUR per day 2 adults + 1 kid). There is always enough room to improve some things. F.e. bath kit, cleaning of the rooms, welcome package (info about area) could be issued, room service, SPA procedures could be cheaper, fitness room kit renew, more attractions for 8-12 years old kids, bike rental and etc. |

It s a very nice and spacey club where you can relax with the entire family. I recomand it especially to families with kids The furniture from the rooms its old and doesn't work well and live music and some evening fun for adults missing . |

The food was farily good. The room was smelling realy bad, the furniture was damaged, the parking was to expensive for the provided conditions, the pools were full of sand. |

We had a very large room, great food and very friendly hotel staff. Also, there was a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I think the hotel is pretty good value for money. There was a 10 euro/day parking fee, which I think was a bit too much. |

Food was very good and there were many choices, drinks as well. Nice swimming pool, relaxed athmosfere good value for money Advertised as ultra all-inclusive but you had to pay extra for parking, ironing service, safe deposit, internet pc and probably other extra facilities that we haven't tried. In the end something like 20% extra to our bill. |

Everything was nice and clean: the pool, the children playground, the room, etc. The restaurants had good food. The drinks were of poor quality, especially beer and juices. |

10 out of 10 - the best Bulgarian Hotel we have stayed in. The food is excellent, so are the staff & facillities, clean, modern a definate cut above the rest. The entertainment is different, 200% effort but wouldnt make Britains got talent - but that is part of the enjoyment. Yes there was one problem - the ice cream scoops - they didnt work very well (so as you can see..... Everything else is great) |

Spatiile verzi, piscinele, animatorii, barmanii. Mocheta din restaurant curatata macar o data pe zi, pe holurile hotelului la fel, sare mai putina in mancare, varietate mai mare de fructe si compoturi, ospatari calificati (care sa cunoasca macar reguli de baza privind deservirea clientului). |
