Good location.Clean, nice and spacious room

We stayed at second floor room was a bit too noisy from outside.

We stayed at this hotel many times before and we were very pleased with the rooms, service and the staff. Unfortunately this time we were very disappointed from the room - the bath was not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable /I could feel the springs in the mattress/. They lost us as clients.

Hotel Concorde is a small hotel with a very kind staff and impeccable service. I stayed in the vip room which is a nice, big room with a king size bed. The bathroom was also big and had a hot tub. You could travel very light as you can find there all the necessary hygienic products you need. The room was very clean and fresh towels and bath robes were brought daily. Also, a bottle of champagne free of charge per day is included in the room price. The breakfast is served at the top floor in the SkyBar because the restaurant at the ground floor is a separate entity from the hotel.

The only minor inconvenient is the parking lot which is on the street in front of the hotel and can’t accommodate more that 5 or 6 cars.

The hotel staff was great and also the size of the room and bath.

The room had a strong scent of cigarette, also after leaving the window open for a couple of hours the scent persisted.

I was not happy with my last visit but decided to give the Hotel another chance - j had complained.This visit was much nicer and far more relaxed. The location is good and breafast fine. Did not eat in the restaurant but ate out in the town with friends

The rooms are comfortable and the food is good, its a nice place until things go wrong!

We went to bed only to be woken at 1230am by tables being dragged on tiled floors in the restaurant below. After an hour of this noise I rang reception I phoned and complained. The noise stopped briefly. At 0145 I got dressed and went down to complain. Everybody was very sorry but continued to drag tables inside. Mentioned complaining but nobody knew how to make a complaint. Did email the hotel and got a fairly prompt reply. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, but they have been made aware of the complaint so that is fine. Not my problem its somebody else's is the attitude. Made worse by the fact that even though the staff new I complained they then stood outside after their shift talking and making noise before driving off with much toots and noise.Not acceptable.If you want a good nights sleep avoid this place

Not much, quite disapointed, we could save got another 1-2 nights at a similar hotel in the same town for the same money. Description stated words such as "luxury", "superior" and it just didn't live up to those words, must have had an estate agent do their write up!!!!

Bed in 1st room was broken, had to change rooms after having unpacked. Second room was much smaller with inferior aircon.

The room was very clean, big and nice. The hotel is close to the center of the town and the woman from the reception was very friendly with us. She helped use with a lots of useful information. Breakfast it's okay and also you can park your car in front and behind the hotel, she told us it's safe ( and it was :-) ).

Very nice hotel, very close to the centre of town. Also the restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is very close to the center of Veliko. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean also. The breakfast is ok. They also vahe a great restaurant with great food and great prices. Very quiet neighborhood.

Nice hotel, the room was OK and clean & the personal very pleasant. The sky-bar is very nice. Parking available in front of the hotel, on the street.

The room smelled of cigars. The breakfast was not the best, but acceptable for 1 or 2 days. Not that close to the old town center.

Nu mi-a placut Sky Barul deoarece nu a respectat programul inscris. Exact seara cand s-ar fi putut sta pe terasa a fost inchis.
