Annuleringen
Bij annulering tot 1 dag vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht.
Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht.
Kinderen en extra bedden
Alle kinderen tot 4 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen EUR 20,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

The champagne was great, we stayed 2 days and we had a bottle for each day. The restaurant in the basement is excellent. Everything was clean and the VIP room was perfect. Poor breakfast, nothing warm to eat, the coffee was horrible. |

I liked the rooms: big, clean and comfortable. The view from the bar was very nice. I will definitevly come again in summer time, when I think it's even better ( the wiew, the town, etc.) Breakfast could be improved. |

Central. A few minutes to the town centre. We were able to park outside the front of the hotel, and they had cameras on reception to keep an eye on it. A nice, big room. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. I told them on reception that a door was hanging off in front of the mini bar, but it was not fixed over the weekend that we were there. The breakfast room was a bit on the small side. |

It is small, clean, with quality staff, well decorated and with big and good restaurant. The personal is nice, polite and beautiful! Small breakfast room and breakfast offer. |

Large and confortable room, nice furnished.Big and clean bathroom. Quiet street. The location was good, near the center of the town. Althuogh the laundry was washed, it was grey colour not white. The breakfast was poor and it was not tea and hot water. The TV cable does not work all day long. |

i liked that the room was clean and had english television chanels The air conditioning was verry verry slow, and the heat was terrible. I advise you to check this before you start unpacking. |

Location, quiet and close to the old city. Card Didin`t work, they told us to wait for a manager to fix it. The room was smelly, there was a horibble noise from constraction upstairs. definitely bad choice. |

The VIP room was quite spacious and clean. I can classify it to a 4 * hotel room. the location was convinient, very close to the old city - 5-10 min walk. The breakfast was a little poor and the products were cheap ones and there was no tea facility.Also the jacuzzi was only for one person. |
