Great hotel, staff couldn't be more firendly. We arrived early in the morning after travelling all night and whilst we couldn't check in the staff let us use all the facilities to get cleaned up and get out in to Sofia for the day. Also helped us with onward jouney information. |

Close to the city, nice environment; stable and performant free internet access For a stay of 6-days incl. a weekend I would have expected an additional discount or e.g. acess to Sauna which was not included in the price; Shower partly needed long time to spend warm water; scrumbled eggs at breakfast have been cold. |

Service at this hotel was excellent. They were accommodating to get breakfast to our room by 5am because we had an early flight. Their restaurant didn't open until 7am. There was no extra charge for this service and the breakfast was excellent. |

Very good central location but in front of a park which creates a relaxing atmosphere. Large and clean rooms stylishly furnished. Friendly and professional staff. Free underground car-parking directly connected to the rooms . Uncomfortable third bed in the room. No additional blankets in our room. |

Level of services, you can ask nearly for everything there. Missing swimming pool. Gym should be opened earlier than 7:30. Missing ironing desk in the rooms. |

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was big enough and very clean. Due to low occupancy of the hotel during our stay (around new year), the restaurant and bar closed early. Also the breakfast buffet was absent. |

The hotel situation is excellent. The room was very comfortable The hotel reception very negligent. My luggage arrived some hours later at the hotel through rush service but nobody advised me that my suitcase was at the reception. I had to ask. |

le Crystal est un hôtel luxueux avec un charme suranné. Personnel accueillant, compétent et disponible. Nous avons apprécié sa situation par rapport au centre ville et sa situation face à un grand parc, près de la cathédrale, son parking souterrain, le petit déjeuner très varié. La chambre était très spacieuse et la salle de bain luxueuse. Pour avoir accès à Internet, il faut payer 1 euro pour 10 minutes. Vu le prix des chambres, l'accès devrait être gratuit comme ce fut le cas dans la plupart des hôtels où nous avons séjourné, souvent de catégorie inférieure. |

Das Crystal Palace Botique Hotel bietet sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, internationalen Standard und hat eine ausgesprochen zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Sofia. Besonders vorteilhaft für uns ist die Nähe zur Universität Sofia, mit der wir zusammenarbeiten. Wir haben keine Beschwerden ! |
