Good size rooms, clean,friendly and helpful staff, speaking English, you walk outside and are in the city center, free wifi no extra toilette paperin room , no soft paper tissue

Spacious room good bed working ac nice location next to a green park and many restaurants and bars with outdoor seating No separate shower very frieb´ndly check in but horrible attitude of bar, dinner and breakfast staff. Coffee self service complicated check out with two invoices due to some system set ups which is not the case in other hotels in Sofia

In addition to perfect location in the heart of Sofia, the hotel is very well organized and managed. Beautiful design, large and comfortable rooms, well maintaned and luxurious bathrooms, polite and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast bufet and wonderful wellness center. In nutshell - among the best hotel I have been.

Very good location in the center of Sofia and in front of a lovely park. Personnel, rooms, wifi, breakfast all very good. I would expect free spa services from such a hotel and they should collaborate with a better taxi company.

The location is very center,just a few block from University of Sofia and the well-known Alexander Nevky Church is just 100 metre away from the hotel. The breakfast was superb with cold and hot choices. Recommended for those who want to walk around all the sightseeing in the city

Kiegyensúlyozott magas minőség, emberi és barátságos méret, jó elhelyezkedés, kellemes és kiváló személyzet -a számlázás kaotikus és alkalmatlan! Jó konyhai szolgáltatás. Most már a wellness részlegből szauna fizetőssé vált (2012-ben még nem). A hotel számlát nem a portán állítják ki hanem központilag -ez lassú és ha az irodai alkalmazott nincs ott úgy teljes a zavar. Ez történt az esetemben: a számlát 4 éjszakára még érkezésem előtt (aznap de.) kiállították, hitelkártyámról az összeget leemelték!! Elfogadhatatlan !!! új számlát kértem (a cégem nevét is fel kell tüntetni). Ekkor a számlázó hölgy telefonon fejezte ki rosszalását, majd lejött a halba és minősíthetetlen módon kioktatott: miért nem adtam meg a foglaláskor (booking.com- on keresztül foglalta)? Jegyezzem meg, hogy legközelebb ez ne forduljon elő! éS mi lenne ha most ő éppen nem lenne az irodájában... Stb. Stb. Ez 2013 április 26.-án du. 14 óra körül történt. Kérem ennek kivizsgálását! Várom válaszukat.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig an einem Park, in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Stadtzentrum. Komfortable Zimmer. Freundliche Rezeption. Stilvolles Ambiente. Kleiner, enger, nicht sehr einladender SPA-Bereich im Keller.
