The hotel situation is excellent. The room was very comfortable The hotel reception very negligent. My luggage arrived some hours later at the hotel through rush service but nobody advised me that my suitcase was at the reception. I had to ask. |

Perfect hotel for business and pleasure. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly and helping. The location is also great, very close to the downtown and all local attractions and important places. |

air con , its nice and clean , close to city , bath room is very clean and nice , cleaning service is very good and friendly , propably the best hotel so far in the whole sofia that i tried during room service when its answered call by a guy, he was kinda rude and he didnt give me the right order of my dinner and showing attitude but allother female stuff is better and friendly |

Very good hotel in a very good location very close to historical sights (5 min walking distance), quiet area, good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff. Pillows should be better. |

スタッフの対応はブルガリアとしては非常に丁寧で、従業員教育が行き届いていた。ホテルの立地も市内中心部- に徒歩で回れる場所にあり至極利便であった。大通りから少し離れた裏道にあるため分かりづらい嫌いもあるが- 、その分、閑静で落ち着いている。ホテルの前には清楚な公園もある。また、空港行きのバス停まで徒歩３分ほ- どであったのも好都合であった。 サービス、施設共に手入れが行き届いているが、価格は現地の物価水準を考えると法外に高いと思う。ホテル料- 金が高めなのはソフィア全体に共通しているが、低料金のホテルと高額のホテルの格差が激しく、中間がないの- がこの町の最大の問題であろう。 |

Entgegenkommen betreffend behindertengerechtes Zimmer, Lage im Zentrum Das Service beim Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, da das Personal mit jedem einzelnen Teller zwar in die Küche läuft, aber eine persönliche Serviceleistung (z.B. Kaffee servieren) nicht durchführt, was gerade als Rollstuhlfahrerin weltweit bereits eine Selbverständlichkeit ist. |

Zentrale Lage, sehr großes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal Wie in den meisten Hotels ist Schimmelbildung in den Badezimmern vorhanden, vorallen in den Silikonfugen. Diese sind auch hier aufgerissen gewesen. |

goed hotel. uitstekend ontbijt. verzorgde en ruime kamers. het is een zeer goed hotel maar voor sofia vind ik het duur. zit normaalgesproken in vergelijkbaar hotel (was nu vol) maar dan voor 90 euro. |

Uitstekend hotel gelegen in een mooie en rustige buurt aan de oostkant van het centrum van Sofia. Uitstekende internet voorzieningen op de kamer (gratis). Prettige service. |
