The location is very center,just a few block from University of Sofia and the well-known Alexander Nevky Church is just 100 metre away from the hotel. The breakfast was superb with cold and hot choices. Recommended for those who want to walk around all the sightseeing in the city

Excellent room with great views and large terrace on rooftop, very quiet although in middle of Sofia No tea and coffee facilities (but not unusual in many hotels across Europe) and limited lighting for reading or working.

The hotel was in a quiet location close to the city centre. The staff were relaxed, friendly and very helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a large spotlessly clean bathroom, with bath, bidet and a large shower cubicle. Everything in the room was in good working order. There was a very helpful information booklet and map on Sofia in the room for us to take out with us, which contained 4 good walking tours or the city.

The hotel is in the heart of the city yet it is peaceful and quiet,just steps from a beautiful gardens.The services are great and the cleanliness and comfort of the room made us feel at home away from home.We had wonderful time and will stay in the hotel on our next visit .

Ich bin bei der Buchung betrogen worden mit dem doppelten Preis. Bei der Ankunft wurde mir zugesagt, dass das korrigiert wird, bei der Abreise wurde mir gesagt, dass ich selber schuld bin, so zu buchen. Bei der Buchung konnte ich nicht ahnen, dass ich betrogen werde, ich gehe bei Buchung über Internet davon aus, dass ich die günstigsten Preise bekomme. Beschwerde läuft bereits.

Ottima posizione, camera molto confortevol, un ambiente nel quale ci si trova subito a proprio agio. Ottimo il ristorante. Il personale dovrebbe parlare inglese più corrente. La colazione dovrebbe avere un po' più di scelta dolce
