Excellent room with great views and large terrace on rooftop, very quiet although in middle of Sofia No tea and coffee facilities (but not unusual in many hotels across Europe) and limited lighting for reading or working.

Very good location. Poor breakfast. Restaurant always full (need to make a reservation if you'd like to get a free place in the evening !), full of smoke. Very very very poor wireless internet connection. On the 3rd floor, there was no signal ! If you'd like to get your dinner to your room, do not forget to order some side dish with your meat ( I got only chicken :) and nothing else with it - no bread, no pasta) The mini bar very expensive !

Fancy hotel with very big rooms and design. The bathroom is also very big and well equipped with shower and bathtub. Sat tv and minibar. In the lounge there is also a bar and a restaurant. Nice location. WiFi had a bad signal in some rooms. Even though we booked a non-smoking room, the room was smelling terribly of cigarette. The people in the hotel were really careful to charge you with whatever you were having: breakfast, minibar or drinks...they did not want to loose a cent and this was maki ng me feel a kind of 'oppression'. I'm not sure if I'd really like to experience that again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Couldn't use computer to print boarding passes but problem resolved by staff.

The hotel was in a quiet location close to the city centre. The staff were relaxed, friendly and very helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a large spotlessly clean bathroom, with bath, bidet and a large shower cubicle. Everything in the room was in good working order. There was a very helpful information booklet and map on Sofia in the room for us to take out with us, which contained 4 good walking tours or the city.

A lovely hotel situated in a great spot for city exploring. Very comfortable and well appointed hotel. Quiet, spacious rooms. Breakfast very good. Will definitely use again in the future.

The hotel is in the heart of the city yet it is peaceful and quiet,just steps from a beautiful gardens.The services are great and the cleanliness and comfort of the room made us feel at home away from home.We had wonderful time and will stay in the hotel on our next visit .

The room size was reasonable, it was clean, no noise from street I think, if you take rate with breakfast, the price will be not siutable for this hotel. Also, the air in the room and corridors was not really fresh

I like this hotel so much, because rooms are comfortable and always clean. When I stayed here, there were not enough dress hangers in my room, so I requested them. The hotel quickly responded to it. After that I stayed here 3 times, and I find in every room furnishes them.
