Very kind friendly helpful staff. Rooms quaintly themed with attention to detail. Very good value for money. It is not large or grand but small and friendly. Room booking mix-up but was moved to correct room for second night.

Receptionists all very friendly, efficient with good language skills. The bathroom had black mould all around the shower tray and spreading out into the tiled surrounds. The breakfast was not what I would normally eat at that time of day! Salad, cold meats and a variety of cheeses. I was not offered a chice and the meal had obviously been pre-prepared and kept in the fridge. I was given no choices for an alternative.

The family-style hotel is only 2 mins from the train station. Staff here are very friendly and handy, and can speak good English. Room is clean and breakfast is rich. The bathroom is kind of a disaster. First, it's leaking, and then for once when I was in shower, the hot water suddenly turned into cold! Also, the wifi in the room is very bad.

Maybe not the most salubrious part of town: 200 yards from the railway terminus but a 10 minute walk brings you into the centre of restaurants, shops, cathedral, etc. The staff all seem to speak good English and are extremely friendly and helpful and I would certainly return to the hotel for these reasons.

Very friendly and polite staff. Low price, but you get everything what you need: clean room, breakfast, free WiFi in room, tv, shower, small restaurant on grownd floor. Quite good place for those who controls their budget and not pretend for luxury. Frankly speaking, can't remember something what could arouse me in the hotel.

angenehmes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes personal, perfekt sauber und (bei geschlossener balkontür) ruhig. wer den 4-sterne-standard gewohnt ist, wird im "retro-appartment" sicher nichts missen. hand auf's herz - die volle punktzahl ist mehr als verdient! absolutely nothing - quite perfect. :)

очень хороший ,приветливый и отзывчивый персонал,такого не встречал даже в отелях ценовой категории выше.оказывают помощь в решении любого вопроса, интересуются все ли в порядке, есть какие либо проблемы? был приятно удивлен такому отношению.расположение отеля мне понравилось, до центра города 5 мин. прогулочным шагом.завтрак меня полностью устроил,то что нужно именно на завтрак. жил в номере "студио де люкс".еще раз огромное спасибо всему персоналу!!!отдельный привет йоанне!:))) отсутствие душевой кабины, шторка в ванной это не очень удобно((( , в номере плохо ловит wi-fi
